Amazing service! I contacted Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration less than a week before listing our house, desperately needing help with carpet stains. Alan & Audrey were incredibly responsive, squeezed us into their schedule within two days, and went above and beyond! Not only did they tackle the problem areas, but…
Very pleased with the cleaning of my hallway runner. Easy drop off and pick up. Great communication. Would definitely use again!
The owners of Distinctive Cleaning helped me out with a spill on a white sofa. They took care of it as soon as I dropped it off and it looked brand new ! They were so easy to work with and very friendly. They answered my calls and texts right away, gave clear instructions and took care of me quicker than I…
"Creme de la creme" are the words that describe my thoughts about the Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration Company owned by Alan and Audrey Falls. Once again, yesterday, I had carpet and tile cleaned along with tile sealing throughout most of the entire house. Alan who performed the service always arrives with a…
They were very professional and did an excellent job. Very careful with furniture and the building. I highly recommend them.
Very easy to schedule and they did a fantastic job on our very difficult spots! Carpets look great! Really nice people with excellent communication.
Distinctive cleaning and restoration are prompt and efficient. Carpet looks great.
I recently purchased a condo and, before moving in, decided to have the carpets professionally cleaned. I honestly didn’t think they were that dirty, but I figured it was a good idea to have them cleaned while the condo was empty. Boy, was I wrong! 😂 After Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration finished, it looked…
Great family owned company. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.
I appreciate the thorough and detailed service I received from Distinctive Cleaning. On their first visit they were able to remove a stain in the guest bedroom other carpet cleaning services I used were unable to remove. Of course I used them again this time! Won’t try anyone else.
This company does an excellent job on cushions and rugs. I’ve used them on my dinette cushions twice and they always get the stains out and come back like new! They clean rugs equally well. They are responsive and reasonably priced. They are an energetic young couple and easy to work with! - Larry & Vicki Arnold
Repeat customer here! Highly recommend for treating pet urine stains and odors. Our basement carpet and couch had a lot of cat urine stains and smelled terrible - Distinctive Cleaning saved our carpet and our couch! So thankful! Highly recommend. They may not be the cheapest company out there - but you get what…
Giving yet another 5 star review for Distinctive Cleaning. They just finished cleaning our wool area rugs at their facility and I can't believe how much better they look! I recommend them to all my clients and friends.
Allen did a great job cleaning our bedroom carpets. We had quite a few pet stains and he was able to get the carpets clean and odor free.
Outstanding service and communication!

They always do a wonderful job. The carpet is always fantastic when finished, even the stubborn dirty areas where we always sit. Very professional and informative. We will continue to use them! Highly recommend them to anybody that needs carpet, tile or furniture cleaned! Also had them clean a chair and a couple of…
On time, excellent work, excellent results. Not only are they professional, they provide instructions and tips for carpet care as well as pre and post cleaning instructions. Distinctive Cleaning is the only company I will use. I have been a customer for 5 years now.
Alan was courteous, professional and diligent in getting all of the spots out. Truly a positive experience start to finish. Timing was on target and price was great! Love the finished product!
Family and locally owned! Alan did an amazing and extremely thorough job cleaning the carpets in our home. He is extremely knowledgeable. After discussion with him, they also cleaned a rug we thought had been ruined by our dog when she was so ill. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Audrey did…
I am so happy with Distinctive rug cleaning! They cleaned my white sofa (with some old red wine staining), a wool stairway runner, and a giant heavy wool shag rug that was taken to their warehouse for special cleaning. This rug had old stains from several dogs and I thought it was ruined. They made everything look…
The crew came and did an awesome job cleaning the offices & hallway carpets at business. Carpets smell fresh and look bright and clean. THANK YOU
I recently had a rug cleaned by Distinctive Carpet Cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the results. They sent a video on the process, were professional and efficient. Our rug looks refreshed and clean. I would absolutely recommend Distinctive for their high quality and reliable service.
We were resigned to having to replace our carpet. We tried everything, but could not remove the black stains that had been there for nearly a year. We gave Audrey and Alan a call to see if they could try. Alan and crew arrived and performed miracles. Within an hour, it looked like new. And, they are so…
Amazing job carpet looks as good as new, an amazing company to work with.
Incredible focus on details and making sure that all is completely clean!
I was completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning services from Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration, and that's hard to say with carpet cleaning companies. (I've often heard reasons from other companies about why they can't do something with carpet cleaning, or they do the job quickly, and through the…
A member of our family works in a factory and neglected to take his shoes off before going up our stairs, hallway, and bedroom. I thought those black footprints would never come out! Alan took one look and said they could get them out. And they did! I’m adding before and after photos of one of the worst areas.
Everything came out very clean. Appreciate Alan arriving at the time indicated. Will use them again. I would recommend this company.
Alan performs magic when he cleans carpets and upholstery! We have a medium size dog who has occasional accidents. Not only has Alan gotten out fresh stains, but he has gotten rid of old stains that other big name carpet cleaners could not get out!
Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration is so wonderful to work with. Alan and Audrey are extremely professional. They cleaned 7 area rugs and 3 couches for us. Everything feels so clean now. Alan takes so much pride is his work and it shows. We don’t call anyone else when it comes to cleaning our carpets, furniture and area rugs. They are simply the best!!
Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration did an amazing job at cleaning the carpet and getting pet stains and odors out. They did a wonderful job and asked if we wanted to try cleaning on the vinyl linoleum. We were amazed as it looked brand new. We will have them come out and do the rest as it made huge difference. So good! Thank you
