We had our carpet cleaned and spots in it from pet and they did a great job! We also had 3 wool rugs that had been pet abused cleaned and they look like new! I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. The price also reflects a in shop deep cleaning of our expensive wool rugs that had some pretty bad stains and odors from dogs.

The carpet in our new home smelled so foul we could hardly stand to be in the living room. Aubrey called us back within 24hours and got us scheduled promptly. Alan was very professional and courteous. He called to let me know he was on the way and was there within the estimated time slot. I now write this review,… Read full review

Alan and Audrey went above and beyond our expectations. We honestly had no idea just how bad our area rug and carpet was until we saw some photo evidence. Felt so good to come home to a clean and fresh home! Thank you guys! Would highly recommend!

Very impressed with Distinctive Cleaning! We used them when our basement flooded earlier this year and were very pleased. We had them come back again to clean our upstairs carpet this time around. Couldn’t be happier. We will continue to use Distinctive for future carpet cleanings. Thank you very much for your hard work!

We had a large area rug that not only had dog urine smells, but had also developed a horrible mildew smell from me attempting to take care of the problem on my own. Distinctive Cleaning was one of the few places in town I could find that would take the rug and clean it outside of the home (really didn't want to wait… Read full review

These two are a great team! They cleaned my son’s bedroom carpet and our sectional. The carpet cleaned up great and I don’t see the pet stains anymore! Also, after cleaning the couch not only does it look great, but the cushions feel springy and renewed. Thank you both for the wonderful work you did at our home!

Our carpet looked BAD! Traffic wear and pet accidents were apparent. We were so upset that it would never look as good as it did when we purchased our house 5 years ago but we were wrong (thank goodness!). Distinctive completely restored the carpet to its original color (cream), erased the heavy traffic pattern and… Read full review
