As always, we are very satisfied with the excellent job Alan and Josh did with cleaning our carpets and recliner. The carpets dried quickly because extra time is taken to extract as much water as possible. Distinctive Cleaning is a locally owned company and the best at what they do. Absolutely superior experience when it comes to cleaning services. On time, walked in with shoe covers, polite and thorough on the process before and after. Not to mention our couches look BRAND NEW and we tried everything before they came. They may be priced higher than other companies but I wouldn’t use anyone… Read full review

Distinctive Cleaning was professional and prompt. Great communication. And they got out stains that I didn't think could be removed. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Giving yet another 5 star review for Distinctive Cleaning. They just finished cleaning our wool area rugs at their facility and I can't believe how much better they look! I recommend them to all my clients and friends.

We had our large sectional cleaned and Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration did a phenomenal job. We've had our couch professionally cleaned by a few others and were left disappointed. Distinctive took great care to really make our couch looks great. They went above and beyond. 100% recommend.

I brought my ottoman here after being referred by Ruhl’s furniture due to a hiccup in my warranty. Originally I thought I’d drop it off and come back at a later time to pick it up. They ended up cleaning it all on the spot and sent me back home with a bright, stain free ottoman! It looks brand new. I couldn’t be… Read full review

Deb and I are very pleased with the recently completed carpet and upholstery cleaning at our home. Thank you Alan, Audrey and Josh for a job well done. It is clear to see why Distinctive Cleaning has such an excellent reputation. It is well earned.

Highly recommend! Fairfield Galleries recommended Distinctive Cleaning for upholstery cleaning- had a sectional cleaned and it looks amazing. Alan also cleaned an area of carpet in front of the sectional that was dirtier than the rest of the carpet, that did not come clean when cleaned by another company about a… Read full review

We would highly recommend this carpet cleaning business. They were on time with schedule & very particular with the cleaning process. We have used this business twice.

We have had the best experience with Distinctive Cleaning! Alan has worked magic on my upholstery that had stains on it, old stains in carpet, pet stains, you name it. Audrey is great at getting back to me immediately, and even if they are busy, they work hard to fit me in. I will continue to use Distinctive… Read full review

They did a remarkable job on my carpet, area rug and upholstery. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect.. After seeing the job distinctive did for me, I can't imagine ever using one of those national chains again. Great job!

I made an investment and purchased my couches from Ethan Allen almost 10 years ago. I discovered in that time that our couches can't be cleaned conventionally. These two are a great team! They cleaned my son’s bedroom carpet and our sectional. The carpet cleaned up great and I don’t see the pet stains anymore! Also, after cleaning the couch not only does it look great, but the cushions feel springy and renewed. Thank you both for the wonderful work you did at our home!

Thank you Allen & Audrey for getting us in so quick! We recommend you to everyone and we will be repeat customers ourselves. Great customer service and professionalism, you guys are the best!

They did a super job cleaning out tile, carpet snd futon.

Professional job well done. Alan was here several hours to clean my couch and rug, very thorough. I’ve had my couch cleaned before with a different company and they were in and out within 30 minutes. The couch was left with spots still visible. This time around I was very happy with the results! Easy to communicate with, honest, and would use again.

Feels great to come home to freshly cleaned carpets! I have used other local companies for carpet cleaning in the past but they don't hold a candle to Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration. I have been in the flooring industry for 15+ years. I have been around and used many different cleaning companies. Distinctive is by far the most thorough, courteous, and professional company I have ever used. They protected our wood floors, doors, and trim. Carpets and upholstery look new again! Fantastic experience!

HIGHLY recommend. Please, support local small business. You generally get great service when the owner/operator is at the forefront and Alan did not disappoint. Professional and went above and beyond service. I feel like I have new couches and my area rugs are fresh and clean again! Don’t call chain franchise cleaners- call Distinctive!
