Customers frequently cite prompt service, clear communication, and competitive pricing for repairs ranging from oil changes to complex suspension work. The shop is often noted for thorough diagnostics and professional staff who keep clients informed. However, a minority of reviews describe instances of poor workmanship, such as vehicle damage, and express frustration over unexpected upselling or a lack of communication during the repair process.

Customers hired DNA Automotive for 8 kinds of job. Pick one to see what they paid and said.
I have trust that the work needed will be done correctly. The service over the years increased the manufactured status quo. For example, the miles per gallon went from 53.5 to 54.5 increase! Nice to wait in a reception area that is clean.
Able to do my oil change right away and completed in less than the stated time. Excellent!

We're so glad we came to DNA for our complex suspension swap for our van. Their ability to execute this project AND identify collateral issues paid off in improving the ride of our van. Communication was stellar from the start and pricing was very competitive. As San Rafael residents we couldn't be happier to finally find a shop we can trust and support.
Amazing service
