August 10, 2026 Hi Everyone at DNA, in San Rafael. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me with the car. I really needed help. When I started the car that morning, the car felt as if I was driving with the brakes on. I know not much about cars. It’s so easy to be taken advantage of because I know so…
They took me quickly in short notice, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a part from a nearby store, and performed the hob quickly and very well. Definitely will use them again!
DNA services are excellent.

I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was professional and friendly. The environment was welcoming, and the work on my car was done well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical work or repairs on their vehicle.
Thank you, I will recommend to friends.
Great service. Turnaround time was also excellent. Did what I asked him to do without adding on any unnecessary items.
DNA Automotive have been my mechanics for over 3 years. Their customer service is exemplary. They do the job right the first time, value my time and offer great work at a fair price. I’m a life-long customer due to their integrity and highly recommended them for all of your mechanical and auto body needs.
