DNA is my go to shop here in Marin county! Whether you go to the location in SR or Novato you can rest assured that you are going to receive great service from a great bunch of people that work there. They are friendly and helpful. The prices are good as well. Check them out.
Antonio was super patient and helpful in diagnosing several issues with my truck. All good now - thanks! Dave
DNA did an outstanding job on my Honda Pilot. They went above and beyond to make sure all the repairs were completed correctly and that my vehicle was back on the road in excellent condition. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional—they kept me informed every step of the way and clearly…
Really glad I heard about DNA from a friend. My 2014 Prius V blew its head gasket, so I knew it would be a very expensive job. Miguel worked with me to get me a reasonable price, and they got it done in less than a week. Their communication was excellent the whole way. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.
I've been to both sides of DNA for body work and mechanics and have not been disappointed. The mechanics are truly skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I bought a used BMW X1 that did seem to be fine at the time of purchase...but as things go, in time, these cars need maintenance the older they are. After a…
Excellent service, very professional. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean office/waiting room. Highly recommend.
DNA Automotive have been my mechanics for over 3 years. Their customer service is exemplary. They do the job right the first time, value my time and offer great work at a fair price. I’m a life-long customer due to their integrity and highly recommended them for all of your mechanical and auto body needs.
Highly recommend DNA! I have taken three cars (German, American, Japanese) for small things like a flat tire up to a full engine replacement and every time you get quality, at a very fair price, quickly (relative to the type of job), and friendly service.
Best place in Marin! Great service! I had my entire engine replaced here and few extras! I’m very happy I came here! This is my go to place for any car needs! The entire team is amazing!
DnA Automotive took care of me from day 1. I reached out to them about my car after an accident and they took on the job with no hesitation the next morning they came to vallejo to tow my car and got to work. My vehicle was damaged front and back from being sandwiched. My liftgate was replaced both front and rear…
I have been to DNA numerous times with different vehicles, Mercedes, Land Rover, Mini Cooper, and Porsche. They are the only service shop I take my cars to as my experience with them has proven that they are incredibly knowledgeable and also extremely professional and honest. If you do not know much about cars this…
Over the years I have been lucky to know Antonio @ DNA . He and his crew have always handled many complicated technical repairs for me. I can count on DNA as a fantastic go to shop for all of my Automotive issues.
These guys are the best. Honest, straightforward, and speedy turnaround. Can't recommend Antonio and his crew more highly.
We were fortunate to be around DNA Automotive and for Marco and his crew to be available on a Saturday afternoon. The engine light of our Mini Cooper came on while we were driving out of SF (we drove from NY). Marco discovered that the Mini's spark plugs were stuck in the well, and pulling it out risked damaging…
DNA is great! They've been doing work on my Mazda since we moved to San Rafael and they're super knowledgeable, honest, and quick. Highly recommended!
Professional quality service experts. I highly recommend it. Down to earth genuine staff. Fast and timely throughly service in good hands.
