DNA is my go to shop here in Marin county! Whether you go to the location in SR or Novato you can rest assured that you are going to receive great service from a great bunch of people that work there. They are friendly and helpful. The prices are good as well. Check them out.
Excellent service!!!Excellent customer service!!! #1in Marin county. Very professional.
Antonio was super patient and helpful in diagnosing several issues with my truck. All good now - thanks! Dave
DNA did an outstanding job on my Honda Pilot. They went above and beyond to make sure all the repairs were completed correctly and that my vehicle was back on the road in excellent condition. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional—they kept me informed every step of the way and clearly…
DNA is a life saver! I had an emergency that needed to be resolved. I was close the the shop, walked in and happily drove off after my emergency was resolved. Thank you to Antonio, Hector, Lissette, and techs involved. You made my ordeal like nothing ever happened!
I've been to both sides of DNA for body work and mechanics and have not been disappointed. The mechanics are truly skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I bought a used BMW X1 that did seem to be fine at the time of purchase...but as things go, in time, these cars need maintenance the older they are. After a…
Solid place, nice people, decent prices. They installed sumo springs and swapped in new house batteries for my Promaster Solis 59PX. Very reasonably priced, did it in 2 hours. Supplied my own parts, they had no issue with that. Will definitely use again for future work.
Fast, Thorough and Great Communication Everyone I dealt with was friendly, even the technician. I appreciate the detailed reports and text communication after the assessment. And the prompt responses and efficient work. The prices are fair, and I have a lot of respect for their work and care. Definitely recommending!
Fantastic service! Quick and officiant shop with great management. Thank you DNA , will return for future repairs!
You guy's are the best !! Very friendly and professional..Out standing service !!
DNA Automotive have been my mechanics for over 3 years. Their customer service is exemplary. They do the job right the first time, value my time and offer great work at a fair price. I’m a life-long customer due to their integrity and highly recommended them for all of your mechanical and auto body needs.
So far, all is good. But, this was my experience having my 2019 Subaru serviced at DNA. Since this is only a first "date," I don't have enough knowledge to give them 5-stars yet. If future car services and/or repairs go as well, then they will definitely rate a full 5 stars. March 2024 - this is an update to…
Always first class service with a smile
Had 2 of our cars serviced here today and they did a great job. Leo helped us and they got things done quickly and I never felt like they were upselling us anything. Very reasonable pricing too. Thank you DNA Automotive!!
The best and most trusted place in marin county. They treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. They work Over and beyond to make your experience the best.
Friendly, clean and honest
True professional advice. Great work culture. Nuff said.
Always friendly and knowledgeable. I’m an ex mechanic so I would know if anyone was giving me a wrong diagnosis. It’s never happened here. Last time I brought my car in for smoke and smell. They told me it was a rat living under the hood and didn’t charge me. Good stuff.
Always the best service, answer all my thousands of questions :) Thank you for always getting me in & for the best communication. I will not be going elsewhere for any future work needed on my car.
I was introduced to DNA by my brother-in-law, who works on his own car and races at Sears Point. I knew that if he would vouch for them that they would be excellent, and they have been. For several years now I have entrusted the care of my Lexus to the professionals at DNA, and I continue to recommend them to…
