Able to do my oil change right away and completed in less than the stated time. Excellent!
DNA is my go to shop here in Marin county! Whether you go to the location in SR or Novato you can rest assured that you are going to receive great service from a great bunch of people that work there. They are friendly and helpful. The prices are good as well. Check them out.
The motor for the window on the passenger side of my Jeep gave out. I had been going to All Auto but had a bad communication experience with the owner. I called DNA Automotive and spoke with Oscar. Dropped off the Jeep and had it back by the end of the day. The communication was fantastic. They even came back with…
I felt very confident as soon as I walked in the door. They have a real solid operation. I have a new home for my van maintenance.
The work was done fast and at the highest quality, as I have come to expect. I drive to DNA from SF because it’s such an amazing place. I highly recommend to all.
DNA did an outstanding job on my Honda Pilot. They went above and beyond to make sure all the repairs were completed correctly and that my vehicle was back on the road in excellent condition. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional—they kept me informed every step of the way and clearly…
The guys at DNA are AWESOME, they always have time to work on my car, are quick, and let me know exactly what's goin on. Definitely check 'em out!
I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. Getting an appointment is easy. The car is always ready when promised. And most importantly, my 10 year-old Mercedes has not encountered any major problems since I’ve been servicing my car with them.
Really glad I heard about DNA from a friend. My 2014 Prius V blew its head gasket, so I knew it would be a very expensive job. Miguel worked with me to get me a reasonable price, and they got it done in less than a week. Their communication was excellent the whole way. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.
Quality customer service, professional team members, excellent repair work and fair pricing
Bueno, lo primero que nada un buen servicio y es mi taller favorito, siempre he llevado allí mi vehículo y es por eso que siempre voy Para que le den el mantenimiento hacia mi carro
Excellent service, straightforward and professional. I took my older Prius here after the battery died, and I knew there would be additional maintenance to be done. They replaced the brakes and a few other things and gave me a very competitive quote on new tires. I ended up going somewhere else for tires but I wish…
Very relieved and happy that I found DNA for my car repair needs. I have tried a few different shops over the last couple of years and finally feel I’ve found a shop that is thorough, fair, and responsive.
Solid place, nice people, decent prices. They installed sumo springs and swapped in new house batteries for my Promaster Solis 59PX. Very reasonably priced, did it in 2 hours. Supplied my own parts, they had no issue with that. Will definitely use again for future work.
You guy's are the best !! Very friendly and professional..Out standing service !!
DNA Automotive have been my mechanics for over 3 years. Their customer service is exemplary. They do the job right the first time, value my time and offer great work at a fair price. I’m a life-long customer due to their integrity and highly recommended them for all of your mechanical and auto body needs.
Always professional and friendly
Always first class service with a smile
I've been bringing my Toyota Prius to DNA Automotive for several years now. I wish there was a shop I trusted closer to our home in Berkeley, but these guys are worth the trip across the bridge. Probably the most helpful, honest and friendly team of mechanics I've experienced. Highly recommended.
Had 2 of our cars serviced here today and they did a great job. Leo helped us and they got things done quickly and I never felt like they were upselling us anything. Very reasonable pricing too. Thank you DNA Automotive!!
The best and most trusted place in marin county. They treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. They work Over and beyond to make your experience the best.
Friendly, clean and honest
This is the only place we'll get work done on our car. Not only do they do great work at a fair price, but they're awesome people as well.
This was my first visit, they were recommended by a friend who has all their vehicles serviced here and one is at the body shop now. It was a quick and easy experience, simple to be scheduled for service and up front costs and future repairs needed.
DNA cares about what they do. They’re very knowledgeable, fair and keep you informed.
They always do a great job, friendly Never let me down I definitely recommend DNA Automotive , thank you so much
Best place in Marin! Great service! I had my entire engine replaced here and few extras! I’m very happy I came here! This is my go to place for any car needs! The entire team is amazing!
I was introduced to DNA by my brother-in-law, who works on his own car and races at Sears Point. I knew that if he would vouch for them that they would be excellent, and they have been. For several years now I have entrusted the care of my Lexus to the professionals at DNA, and I continue to recommend them to…
DnA Automotive took care of me from day 1. I reached out to them about my car after an accident and they took on the job with no hesitation the next morning they came to vallejo to tow my car and got to work. My vehicle was damaged front and back from being sandwiched. My liftgate was replaced both front and rear…
I can't imagine my life without DNA Automotive! My car is somewhat ancient (2003) and yet it rides like it just came off the lot, as smooth as butter. The mechanics are so efficient, skillful, and determined to fix whatever ails the car that it is a pure pleasure to be a customer here. Speaking of customer service,…
I am always served with promptness and professionalism
The DNA team is great. Good communication and they make recommendations for what needs to be done to keep the car in great shape.
I'm always happy to have DNA as my car mechanic, I've been with them for almost a year and didn't have any issue with them. Antonio and Donny are always friendly, always smiling and treating their customers very well, they are also professionals, and honest. This week for example I took my car to change the oil,…
For over 5 years DNA has been the only shop I take my cars. The guys are very friendly and trustworthy. Very good prices, they are always on time and go above and beyond any expectation. I always recommend DNA to all my friends and they love it.
DNA is great! They've been doing work on my Mazda since we moved to San Rafael and they're super knowledgeable, honest, and quick. Highly recommended!
WHY DNA AUTOMOTIVE IS SO SPECTACULAR! In 2017, I bought a 2003 Toyota Sienna and brought it to the team at DNA, which treated this old, somewhat forlorn beauty with vast knowledge, mixed with dashes of magic. Their restorative powers were dazzling. Never has an old car had such keen attention bestowed upon it. Over…
