I have trust that the work needed will be done correctly. The service over the years increased the manufactured status quo. For example, the miles per gallon went from 53.5 to 54.5 increase! Nice to wait in a reception area that is clean.
Very happy for the second time using DNA for a tire repair! Highly recommend!
August 10, 2026 Hi Everyone at DNA, in San Rafael. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me with the car. I really needed help. When I started the car that morning, the car felt as if I was driving with the brakes on. I know not much about cars. It’s so easy to be taken advantage of because I know so…
All good! Always attentive and happy to answer all my questions. Kid friendly:)
The guys at DNA are AWESOME, they always have time to work on my car, are quick, and let me know exactly what's goin on. Definitely check 'em out!
Great experience! My mechanic suggested I call DNA after discovering a nail in my tire. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes—with a saved tire. All the staff were friendly—to me and my two dogs that waited with me in the lobby—and one of the mechanics showed me how to measure a worn tire before I left. Very…
I have been a loyal customer of DNA Automotive Services for about eight years, bringing in multiple vehicles, including my own and my son's. Generally, I’ve been satisfied with their service—until recently. In February, I had all four tires replaced, and then in August, due to damage, I replaced two tires again,…
Taking my Lexus to DNA was a lucky move for me. Professional and knowledgeable guys took care of more than I asked for. They went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and they did a great job. Going to DNA Automotive in San Rafael was a smart move!! Thank you Donny and Thing One and Thing Two for the great service!
Ordered tires from Tire Rack and the day they arrived the old tire got a flat. Needed to get the new ones put on as soon as possible and DNA was recommended on Tire Rack. Called and they told me to come and would get the tires on in a couple of hours. Service was excellent and I decided to get the tires aligned by them as well.
You guy's are the best !! Very friendly and professional..Out standing service !!
DNA Automotive have been my mechanics for over 3 years. Their customer service is exemplary. They do the job right the first time, value my time and offer great work at a fair price. I’m a life-long customer due to their integrity and highly recommended them for all of your mechanical and auto body needs.
Amazing service. Great follow thru...
The best and most trusted place in marin county. They treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. They work Over and beyond to make your experience the best.
Very courteous, professional, on time. We'll definitely go back to DNA.
Friendly, clean and honest
I have never in all my 50 years of driving, had a better experience with a car mechanic. This business is the epitome of a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable business. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Highly recommend DNA! I have taken three cars (German, American, Japanese) for small things like a flat tire up to a full engine replacement and every time you get quality, at a very fair price, quickly (relative to the type of job), and friendly service.
Always the best service, answer all my thousands of questions :) Thank you for always getting me in & for the best communication. I will not be going elsewhere for any future work needed on my car.
I was introduced to DNA by my brother-in-law, who works on his own car and races at Sears Point. I knew that if he would vouch for them that they would be excellent, and they have been. For several years now I have entrusted the care of my Lexus to the professionals at DNA, and I continue to recommend them to…
The service was efficient and prices were clear and competitive. The prices are communicated in due time and there are no surprises. They respected the timing. On top of that, they are really friendly and respectful. I'll keep going there.
