Brought my 2019 Dodge Journey in for a transmission service. Hector was awesome, helped me out in no time to get the car fixed and ready to hit the road. Shout out to the mechanics who did a job well done. Highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.
August 10, 2026 Hi Everyone at DNA, in San Rafael. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me with the car. I really needed help. When I started the car that morning, the car felt as if I was driving with the brakes on. I know not much about cars. It’s so easy to be taken advantage of because I know so…
DNA did an outstanding job on my Honda Pilot. They went above and beyond to make sure all the repairs were completed correctly and that my vehicle was back on the road in excellent condition. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional—they kept me informed every step of the way and clearly…
I arrived on time and was out earlier than expected due to a second mechanic working on my car. They were prepared for work on my car and i was please to leave earlier than expected. The staff were busy but still available to answer my questions and concerns. It's a very busy office but handled very well, I will…
Really glad I heard about DNA from a friend. My 2014 Prius V blew its head gasket, so I knew it would be a very expensive job. Miguel worked with me to get me a reasonable price, and they got it done in less than a week. Their communication was excellent the whole way. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

I bought a used BMW X1 that did seem to be fine at the time of purchase...but as things go, in time, these cars need maintenance the older they are. After a…

DNA Automotive have been my mechanics for over 3 years. Their customer service is exemplary. They do the job right the first time, value my time and offer great work at a fair price. I’m a life-long customer due to their integrity and highly recommended them for all of your mechanical and auto body needs.
