I wouldn’t use anyone else! Brandon is a great addition. Very knowledgeable and represents you well.
Dr. Drips took care of my issue quickly and provided me with good information and options so I could pick which option best suited my home. I appreciated the honesty
Quick service, great communication, prices and options were explained thoroughly up front, and our blocked sewage line was fixed quickly. Super happy with our experience
I have used many different plumbing companies in Nashville over the years. Nothing comes close to my experience with Doctor Drips. They are on time, incredibly efficient, and work with the highest levels of proficiency. All at a reasonable price. They are my number one and only choice for future plumbing needs. I…
Dr. Drips has become my go-to plumber. Their fast reliable service combines with excellent skills to take care of their clients. I fortunately found Dr. Drips in recommendations on the Next Door site when a big box store fell through on the install of the dishwasher I had bought from them. Since then, I’ve called on…
I have been looking for a "forever" plumber for many years. Robbie was extremely nice and helpful. I would use Doctor Drips again.
Great service, fair price, Robbie was great and professional. Would recommend.
Dr drips was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. It can be hard to find reliable professionals in this field but I would highly recommend them for anyone who has plumbing needs.
Doctor Dripps came out in a timely manner, the guy Luke was very knowledgeable and kind. The only thing is I believe for the service they was provided and the time involved that the price was to high. I have seen other plumbing services offering this for alot less money.
We contacted Jance (the owner) for a second opinion on some plumbing issues with a home we were buying. He was much more transparent (and accurate in his diagnosis) than Hiller. After giving us a quote, we sent his findings to the seller, who hired him to complete repairs. (The attached photo is something he pulled…
With family coming in from out of town and 16 mouths to feed for dinner, my sink backed up and garbage disposal shut down. The company I used for HVAC which also does plumbing coils not get here for four days. So I called Doctor Drops and they were here in an hour! Matt and his partner were friendly, professional…
Exceptionally nice young man made service call after I had tried 2 companies used in the past…they suggested I call Docter Drip 5 star
Our kitchen sink was a disaster. Totally clogged. Note to self “never pour old potato flakes down the disposal”. They turn into cement in the pipe. Draino can’t do a thing against potatoe flakes. I bet you already knew that. I know that now. Luke was prompt, helpful, efficient and kind. We’ve used Dr. Drips before.…
Super quick turnaround. Very pleased with the experience. Tom was great, and detailed in answering my questions.
The plumber they sent, Luke, was competent, polite, and responsible. He went out of his way to make sure that the job was done and everything fixed as much as possible.
Luke did a great job and was courteous and easy to work with!
Very nice pleasant young man with knowledge in areas I needed. Will use this company again!
