I have used many different plumbing companies in Nashville over the years. Nothing comes close to my experience with Doctor Drips. They are on time, incredibly efficient, and work with the highest levels of proficiency. All at a reasonable price. They are my number one and only choice for future plumbing needs. I…
We cannot say enough good things about everyone at Doctor Drips — especially Ronnie and Wyatt. Working on a historic home built in 1920 requires experience, patience, and problem-solving skills, and they brought all of that and more. Ronnie was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of our home…
Dr Drips (Tom) was superb, as always. Jance can always fit us in the schedule…he and his employees are always polite, efficient, knowledgeable & communicative (via phone and/or text)…the work done was excellent…Thanks much
Absolutely recommend Dr. Drips! The owner, Jance, is extremely responsive and professional, and their prices are reasonable and they use quality materials. Tom and team did great work on the house I just purchased that required a significant amount of plumbing updates and code corrections, including replacing all of…
I wish there was a 4.5 star rating available to me, because I feel like they deserve a bit more than just 4.0... We had a very positive experience with the Dr Drips team. The response time to our initial inquiry was very quick and the appointment was set up with ease. They did run a little later than their…
Matt worked on our house during and after a remodel, from plumbing rough-in to replacing a faucet and toilet after the remodel was done. He was prompt, curious, and knowledgeable. We were made aware of any changes or surprises during his work to make sure we understood and approved before proceeding. Would definitely recommend!
Great experience. I recommend them!
Dr. Drips is the only plumber we’ll use. They’re quick to reply, friendly and considerate, efficient, trustworthy, take great care in their work, and no BS. It’s never fun to part with your money, but if you have to, it’s nice to know you did so wisely.
Luke was excellent! Job well done! Would recommend anytime! Will use Doctor Drips for any other needs that may come up!
I've had Dr Drips out multiple times for a large renovation project plus some followup work. They moved laundry room pipes, replaced old pipes, replaced a water heater then fixed it when it was defective (parts problem, not due to install). My contractor hired them initially but I'll continue calling them for…
I have finally found a trusted go-to plumber!! Tom Buck with Doctor Drips came in and did so well correcting a previous plumber's mess up with our kitchen renovation, that we hired them to execute our master bathroom renovation. Over the past 5 months Tom has been in and out of our home replacing interior lines,…
These plumbers are outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I’ve hired them three times and each time, the plumber identified the problem and fixed it. Reasonable prices. Efficient and affable employees.
Jance and Mark are professional, efficient and kind.
Dr. Drips was great! Mark and Jance were able to install a new water line from the street, rough in all of our fixtures, and install a water heater in a very timely manner. All around, great service!
Professional great communication used sturdy product ie outside faucet. Highly recommend this company.
Matthew is an above-and-beyond service person. In his initial visit he diagnosed the problem (a leaky tub faucet) suggested parts and how to source them and even checked under the house for any additional concerns. When he returned for follow up and installation, there was an equipment failure but Matthew and his…
