Excellent, professional service. Honest and highly recommend.
I wouldn’t use anyone else! Brandon is a great addition. Very knowledgeable and represents you well.
Dr Drips (Jance and Robbie and Wyatt) did a great job fixing our toilet and Replumbing our entire house. We had defective PEX by Nibco and they removed it with all new PEX-A. They did an excellent job and worked to minute damage to our home. They cleaned up very well and respected our home. Jance and Robbie are…
I have used many different plumbing companies in Nashville over the years. Nothing comes close to my experience with Doctor Drips. They are on time, incredibly efficient, and work with the highest levels of proficiency. All at a reasonable price. They are my number one and only choice for future plumbing needs. I…
Dr. Drips has become my go-to plumber. Their fast reliable service combines with excellent skills to take care of their clients. I fortunately found Dr. Drips in recommendations on the Next Door site when a big box store fell through on the install of the dishwasher I had bought from them. Since then, I’ve called on…
From my initial call to Doctor Drips, and to the very conclusion of service, Jance provided outstanding service. He removed our old water heater that had been installed in our attic and replaced it with a tankless water heater. Due to the configurations of our home, initially we were unable to get hot water in our…
They answered the phone- it was a real human! We discussed the issue. Made a plan. They were prompt, professional, clean and the found then fixed issue faster than I expected. All around great first experience.
I could not say enough about this company or Luke, the plumber fantastic job
Matt was great. He quickly identified the issue and explained what needed to be done to resolve it. I told him to do it. He did so quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have found my plumbing company! Thank you!
Matthew was very thorough and explained everything. He has a customer for life.
Professional, on time and good communication. A positive experience considering the problem with our plumbing.
Sent a message on Sunday when we noticed a leak from our pipe. Got a response within 20 minutes. was here when scheduled, was fair and honest on his quote, and finished a relatively large project in a day. Lucas was who worked with us along with another worker or two- all so polite, professional, and accommodating.…
Great service!!
Dr. Drips is the only plumber we’ll use. They’re quick to reply, friendly and considerate, efficient, trustworthy, take great care in their work, and no BS. It’s never fun to part with your money, but if you have to, it’s nice to know you did so wisely.
Luke was excellent! Job well done! Would recommend anytime! Will use Doctor Drips for any other needs that may come up!
Great experience, guys were on time and came same day!

Very professional, responsive and affordable.. I will recommend this company..
Doctor Drips communicated very well about timing and even showed up early after asking if it is ok. Very thoughtful! They also got the job done very fast and gave me different options with the repair. I would definitely recommend!
Matthew is an above-and-beyond service person. In his initial visit he diagnosed the problem (a leaky tub faucet) suggested parts and how to source them and even checked under the house for any additional concerns. When he returned for follow up and installation, there was an equipment failure but Matthew and his…
Doctor Drips saved our company today during the winter storm! We had no water coming to the building due to a burst backflow pipe. No one else in town was able to come out on such short notice and they squeezed us in within an hour of me calling and got the problem solved right away! The technicians were very kind and helpful and we are forever grateful!
Very professional and efficient. Provided options for solutions and acted quickly. Polite and showed genuine care for my home.
As a first time home owner, seeing water damage and what I believed to be a plumbing leak from bathroom pipes had me worried. With one call to Doctor Drips, the owner Jance, sent out a great plumber that same day. Once Tom arrived, he proceeded to look at all reasons as to why there was water damage. With a few…
