I’m very pleased with Dr. Drips and would recommend them to anyone. Branden and his team were wonderful to work with. They were professional and very timely getting the project done. They were also very Reasonably priced considering my situation. David Bibee
Great response time and knowledgeable employees
Outstanding
Dr Drips did a fantastic job replacing my 50 gal Rheem gas water heater, and in the process I learned so much about the water heater. I had a gas knob that broke and I couldn't get the pilot light on, out of 5 plumbers I called on a Thursday afternoon, he was the only one that picked up my call, and advised me of my…
I wouldn’t use anyone else! Brandon is a great addition. Very knowledgeable and represents you well.
The whole Doctor Drips team is fantastic! They've been prompt, professional, and so helpful with all our needs. 10/10!!!
Love this company. Brandon was our plumber and he did great work, was kind, and professional. Thank you so much!
Fast, efficient, courteous, professional, awesome!
Very professional installers! Communication was great. Arrived at scheduled time. Answered all questions that I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I will use them again myself if needed.
I have used many different plumbing companies in Nashville over the years. Nothing comes close to my experience with Doctor Drips. They are on time, incredibly efficient, and work with the highest levels of proficiency. All at a reasonable price. They are my number one and only choice for future plumbing needs. I…
Very nice guy, arrived early, good communication, and work was done quickly and done well.
We cannot say enough good things about everyone at Doctor Drips — especially Ronnie and Wyatt. Working on a historic home built in 1920 requires experience, patience, and problem-solving skills, and they brought all of that and more. Ronnie was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of our home…
Dr. Drips has become my go-to plumber. Their fast reliable service combines with excellent skills to take care of their clients. I fortunately found Dr. Drips in recommendations on the Next Door site when a big box store fell through on the install of the dishwasher I had bought from them. Since then, I’ve called on…
From my initial call to Doctor Drips, and to the very conclusion of service, Jance provided outstanding service. He removed our old water heater that had been installed in our attic and replaced it with a tankless water heater. Due to the configurations of our home, initially we were unable to get hot water in our…
Excellent Service from Doctor Drips – Highly Recommend! Doctor Drips (Jance) did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He quickly provided a fair and clear quote, offered great recommendations, and showed up right on…
Know exactly what I needed and was able to get it installed in a timely manner.
This is the second time we’ve called with an emergency and Jance is always so quick to respond and get help to us. We appreciate them so much!
Absolutely recommend Dr. Drips! The owner, Jance, is extremely responsive and professional, and their prices are reasonable and they use quality materials. Tom and team did great work on the house I just purchased that required a significant amount of plumbing updates and code corrections, including replacing all of…
Matthew came out and installed a new tankless water heater for us. He was professional and provided answers to all our questions. We will definitely be using them again for any of our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
Dr. Drips is the only plumber we’ll use. They’re quick to reply, friendly and considerate, efficient, trustworthy, take great care in their work, and no BS. It’s never fun to part with your money, but if you have to, it’s nice to know you did so wisely.
I've had Dr Drips out multiple times for a large renovation project plus some followup work. They moved laundry room pipes, replaced old pipes, replaced a water heater then fixed it when it was defective (parts problem, not due to install). My contractor hired them initially but I'll continue calling them for…
I have finally found a trusted go-to plumber!! Tom Buck with Doctor Drips came in and did so well correcting a previous plumber's mess up with our kitchen renovation, that we hired them to execute our master bathroom renovation. Over the past 5 months Tom has been in and out of our home replacing interior lines,…
Working with Doctor Drips was an easy and smooth process. They communicated clearly from my first initial call and until they were finished. I called a ton of plumbers after speaking with Doctor Drips to do my due diligence and I came back to Doctor Drips because of their professionalism and knowledge of my needs.
Got appt. quickly when calling at 5 pm Friday. Plumber came on time, finished quickly. Polite, professional.
Dr. Drips was great! Mark and Jance were able to install a new water line from the street, rough in all of our fixtures, and install a water heater in a very timely manner. All around, great service!
After waking up to a leaking water heater, we contacted a big box store for an estimate. While their estimate was lower, the delivery date was two weeks away and after getting disconnected from customer service twice, I was done. I called Doctor Drips because of their great reviews. My call was immediately picked…
