I’d like to reiterate again that this was the first time the groomer you were scheduled with was set to see Mando and misunderstood a note in the profile about his grooming temperament that we clarified immediately. I did try to detail the miscommunication at check-in, and I am sorry that the explanation wasn’t satisfactory for you. Again, this situation was a misunderstanding and in no way did the groomer, or anyone on our staff intend to make “dishonest” statement about your dog.
