We were very happy with our experience at Dogma! We originally saw examples of David’s work on the walls at our veterinarian’s office. We were so taken with the photos that we decided to have a sitting with our own pup. The results were amazing and although we lost our pup shortly after receiving our prints, we will…

I signed up for a photo shoot with my dog Rico. We heard about Dogma through SoCal French Bulldog Rescue, where I adopted Rico from. Dogma was doing a special fundraiser and donating 100% of the cost of the photo shoot to the rescue. We had the best experience and the photos are absolutely adorable! They did a…

We had such a great experience with our two dogs! Both Sylvaine and her husband were friendly and knowledgeable. Her husband was a great photographer and knew how to work with dogs. He captured our dogs’ personalities perfectly and we are very happy with the results

Sylvaine and David are wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed our photoshoot and felt comfortable throughout. David is a real professional who takes the time to get to know you and your pets and really engages with them to get some truly special shots. Sylvaine is so warm and accommodating. She too really got to know us and our pets, being sure to really understand what we wanted and needed, while making suggestions to help us get the most out of our session. At one point we had to delay our photo shoot due to unforeseen circumstances and she worked with us and said whenever we were ready we could book our session. There was never any pressure to do anything by a certain date or time. Our beloved Labrador has cancer so these photos mean a lot to us. I can’t recommend Dogma enough for anyone who wants to capture their beloved animals in a fun, loving, creative and professional manner.

I love my photos! yes, I really love the subject matter, but the skill, patience and a love of what he does is how Dave was able to get my two "rescue" dogs to cooperate. My German Shepherd is still a very scared dog and can be reactive if pushed too far too fast. Instead, I had an angel sitting and doing what was asked of her because Dave knows how to work with rescues. My other dog was happy as long as the treats were flying by! To say the least, this is not their first rodeo - they know how to work with the most difficult subjects and still get quality photos out of the sitting. I love their work so much that I'm a return customer. Seven years ago I had just one dog and we took family photos with my mom and me. So glad we did! My mom doesn't remember doing the sitting, but I have beautiful photos of her and her with my dog because of it. So glad they convinced me I should include her. Nicest photos I have of her. Sylvaine is wonderful to work with too!!! Together they make a wonderful team to work with for your photos of your most precious family members.

This place deserves every 5 star review given. I brought some rescue dogs to get photographed and was kind of nervous because we haven't been able to get any great pictures of them in the past. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by Slyvaine. She is warm and hospitable and she didn't even hesitate to show love to our rescue dogs. The studio itself is clean, the couch in the waiting room is comfy, and the walls are covered with dog and family portraits. It's amazing. David, the photographer, is so patient and amazing at what he does! He is quick to get a great shot and the dogs loved him. Aside from the amazing staff and amazing photos we got out of the experience, they give back to local rescues! I mean who doesn't want to get an amazing photo of/with their furry family member and support a local animal rescue at the same time? Thank you Dogma! Truly a great experience!
