I got my vehicle repaired here after it was damaged by a tree that fell. They did a fine job with the repairs, and made working with my insurance company completely painless! One weird thing: when they were initially inspecting the damage on my car, I apologized about how messy my car was on the inside. They then…
Don and Son's has been my go-to for repairs during my time as a college student. They're very fairly priced and don't take advantage of their student clients. All of the workers are very kind and they do quality work. I'd give more stars if I could.
My insurance company had me go to Don & Sons for bodywork, and they did a good, professional job on my car and got me back on the road quicker than I expected. UPDATE: I contacted them a year after my experience above, about a non-insurance repair of a very small dent and associated paint touch-up I was quoted a…
My Alfa Romeo was hit in a parking lot and the Don and Sons team not only fixed it perfectly to the point you can’t tell it was in an accident, they also helped me pressure the insurance company of the at fault driver to pay the entire bill, which they were trying not to pay for the added details that made the…
After getting a smaller dent in a parking lot accident, repairs were done to perfection, inside of the car detailed beautifully, and the car was done earlier than expected. I received a few updates through the process also. Great Service, Very Happy!!!
We are thrilled with Don and Sons. Just got our Tahoe back after someone had backed into it and it looks like it was driven right off the dealership parking lot! It looks amazing and they even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside. So thankful for them getting us in fast, giving us a loaner that was suitable…
I have used Don and Sons 3+ times. I live in DesMoines and choose to drive 40 minutes out of my way to get their services. Why? Because they communicate with me, they do the repairs like I am a family member meaning they want to do it right the first time , they offer a loaner car, and my car comes back detailed.…
Did a great job on my Jeep. The repair was done timely and they really did a nice job! They even washed and cleaned out my vehicle. Left their lot feeling terrific! My dad used them for his cars and our family is still using them. My daughter took her van there a few weeks back and had terrific service too!
I would highly recommend Don and Son’s Body Shop to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. From the first estimate, I was blown away by the care and expertise of the staff. It really felt like they valued me as a customer and Nick took the time to explain what needed done and how they would do it. Compared to…
I had some minor derecho damage to my Explorer that needed fixing. They did a fantastic job and the detailing was excellent. They did all of the paperwork with my insurance agency and all I had to do was pay the deductible when I showed up! Very happy with the results!
We had some major hail damage on our truck. My father had taken great care of the truck and it looked great until the hail hit. We never figured it would look quite right again- but after Don and Sons did their work, the truck looks absolutely perfect! It came fully clean and washed on the outside and the inside was…
