Felt comfortable with Don’s from the moment I asked for an estimate. They worked with the at fault insurance company and all the huddles. Kept us informed throughout the process. Shout out to Katie and the rest at Don’s.

I chose Dons body shop based on the rating that they have online. They did not disappoint. They were in communication with me often and were helpful. Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss but if I am needing work done in the future I hope to use dons again.

Took 3 bids. Amazing how close they but Don was the best price. Car was done early and they were able to save me about $400 by taking the dent out instead of replacing the back lift door.

Don's is an amazing body shop. I've had my vehicle serviced there multiple times and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. Great communication as well.

After someone backed into me, Don’s Body Shop really took care of me. My car had a paint that was glittery and they matched it perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew the expected date of completion, any issues they had come in to, and the people I always talked to had a wonderfully attitude. All I can say was it was a great experience.

Repair work seems to be pretty good. They don't accept credit cards or personal checks, which I wasn't aware of until I had to pick it up, which caused some extra expense.

Came in for an estimate to repair damage done to the. Drivers door by a hit and run in the Target parking lot. Turned out Don’s was a preferred body shop by our insurance. Repair was completed ahead of the estimate and the GMC looks like new again. From the ladies in the office to the estimators all folks were top shelf . Thanks for a job well done!

Shop did an excellent job of constantly updating me on the progress while fixing my vehicle. The results were outstanding!

After my son wrecked our vehicle, they did an outstanding job on the repairs. Also, I can’t believe they were able to get it done on time with all shipping issues going on for parts.

I had the driver’s door replaced due to getting mangled during a wind store. The door now looks brand new, opens and closes like new, and is properly sealed from outside air. Color is matched perfectly. The folks at Don’s are very nice and professional and I’ll use them again when needed.
