Done Right Exteriors replaced a large bow window with a beautiful ProVia picture window. The new window was ordered, made and delivered from their factory in Ohio. The installation was made in good time. Great care was taken by Joel and Eddie.
I would highly recommend Done Right Exteriors.

Joel and Heather were amazing and fun to work with, guiding me to create the vision I had for our home. They replaced our roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia, and helped give our house a modern look with just the right pop—adding metal alongside the shingles pulled it all together perfectly. The house looks…
From the first meeting to the estimation of what the work would cost , to the actual work done, this has been a positive experience. Done right Exteriors was on time, took time to go over my issues and answered every question, text, and email quickly and professionally. I had an entire roof replacement for my garage and my front porch, both were leaking and in very bad condition. Done Right did an amazing job replacing the roofs, replaced some pieces of my porch roof that had been questionable, replaced the gutter the home renovators had put in backwards. My garage roof looks spectacular and my neighbors are even commenting on the attractive results. I would definitely recommend! There was no bait and switch or hidden fees, no pushed back dates so they could do bigger and more lucrative jobs, no climbing costs or extra fees. This is a legit and and honest local business. I was charged exactly as the estimate was given, the workmen arrived exactly when scheduled, they were quiet, efficient, and neat. I will recommend to anyone who needs exterior work done. I am very happy.
Thank you so much for this incredible review! Hearing that your garage and front porch roofs are leak-free, looking spectacular, and even turning heads in the neighborhood makes our entire week. We truly believe in honest pricing, clear communication, and treating our neighbors like family, so your kind words about our punctuality and transparency mean the world to our whole crew. Thank you for trusting us with your home!

I am extremely happy with the service I received. From the initial contact and consultation to the follow-through and finished project - which was quite extensive, involving a front gable replacement, new shutters, installation of a Provia storm door, and replacement of a sliding glass door with a Provia patio door, both of which required additional custom workmanship. Done Right Exteriors demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Overall customer service truly exceeded my expectations! It was a pleasure working with Heather, Joel, and the entire team. I would highly recommend Done Right Exteriors to anyone without hesitation.

We had a very good experience. They are reliable and solid professionals. They are very good at communicating what needs to be done (and also what they can't do, if that is the case, which is also much appreciated it). Joel was great. He was thorough in the inspection of the issue at hand (a leak) and provided good advice about the possible cause and best course of action. He explained everything clearly, too. This is definitely a top-notch service. Highly recommendable.

During the July 4th storm, we lost some shingles. We contacted a highly rated roofing company and while they did come out right away to inspect the damage, we still do not have a quote from them two weeks later. We decided to call Done Right Exteriors and we could not be happier! We called Tuesday and by Friday the roof was fixed. They came out and replaced the entire ridge cap in less then an hour. They educated us on why we lost shingles on a 9 year old house and how future damage can be prevented. We highly recommend Done Right Exteriors for any exterior home repairs you may need done. They will be our go to for any future repair needs!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review, Alisha! We pride ourselves on quick response times and making sure our homeowners fully understand their roofs and repair options. We're thrilled we could get your ridge cap taken care of so fast after the July 4th storm. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything else!
