The perpairer was great. I told them I wanted an extention and paid them. The new all mouth no ears system they have turned their faith over to filed my taxes without me ever seeing them or signing anything. They forged my signature to do this. Until they scrape the new system I can.t recommend them to handle any…

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. After paying over $5k and trusting them to file my taxes correctly, I did not learn of rejections until 3 years later when I received a notification from the IRS. When I politely approached them and gave the CPA numerous opportunities to resolve the issue and reopen communication with me, I was met with countless unanswered messages and eventually told "we don't care", "we didn't mess anything up", and now I'm left having to sort this mess out on my own that they created.
Completely unorganized. TERRIBLE communication. Overall awful business management and client ownership.

Trent has been doing our taxes for years. We have not seen a better CPA and avidly tell our friends and family about Donohoo! If you want to tell everyone your CPA is better than theirs, use Donohoo!
