First,, calling and scheduling was very easy and the young lady who took my information was polite and professional. The tech who I believe name was Randal was on time and answered all my questions and proceeded to carry out the service that was needed including installing a keypad as well as servicing the garage…

My mom needed someone to fix an issue with her door (ended up being a sensor off track) and replace the rubber at the bottom of the door. Matt was able to fit us in as a non-emergency, quickly, and was helpful and kind. Brenda was really great to coordinate the plans! Great service! My old garage door was falling apart, so I got a new door. It looks so nice. And my garage door opener does not have to work so hard to open. So quiet. Great company to work with.
Same day service to replace broken spring on garage door. Excellent service, fair price. Took him a whole half hour.
Everything went great. The technician came out, gave me all the options without pressure to choose the opener. Was then able to install it same day. After installation, walked me through everything and how to use everything. Customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend.
