Everything went great. The technician came out, gave me all the options without pressure to choose the opener. Was then able to install it same day. After installation, walked me through everything and how to use everything. Customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend.

My 50 year old commercial door broke beyond reasonable repair for age and condition. Once parts were in, i had my door replaced within a couple days. The entire crew were respectful, informative, and got everything back to normal. I also had my other door serviced and repaired. This old building feels like its brand new again!

Called for appointment because garage door would not close without over-riding system. Appointment was scheduled same day. Technician (Randall) was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed problem, made repairs, did maintenence and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely use them again!
