Dorso’s did a great job fixing a noisy fan motor for interior heating and cooling, plus they successfully diagnosed a tire pressure sensor problem and replaced faulty tire pressure sensors for all four tires that were original equipment but due for change out after 12 years and 122,000 miles. Dorso’s is great for… Read full review

If you don't want to worry about your car breaking down on long trips, then service your car at Dorso's Automotive Repair, Fremont. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Dorso's for over 30 years and have never experienced a break down "on the road". I attribute this to Dorso's using great products,… Read full review

Rick the owner and Joe his assistant I’ve known for sometime (20+ yrs) Always a top notch shop, quality work. After retiring from 40yrs of working in the dealership business, this is where I prefer my vehicles to be repaired! 👍

Excellent and prompt work! They don't recommend any unnecessary repairs. Thorough communication about the issues, repairs and costs. Rick is always pleasant talk to and explains everything in detail.

Dorso’s was clear and detailed about everything that my truck needed. After a total of 175,000 miles I confidently say that Dorso’s has been the biggest factor in my truck driving smoothly and strong. I can’t thank Dorso’s enough, especially the rise in auto costs! I’m crossing my fingers for another 100,000 miles… Read full review

I love the thoroughness of Dorso’s Service. They are professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Not good experience. I’ve been there three times. I come back each time feeling I got taken advantage of. I have an older vehicle, a 2013 accord, so of course it’s not gonna be perfect. They add “optional” and “recommended” items on every visit even for very minor things. Can’t do oil change without additives. Can’t… Read full review

I had my vehicle radiator flushed and replaced fluid and tire rotation and oil changed. It took most of day, but it was worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The team here is honest, knowledgeable, and does excellent work every time. They take the time to explain what’s needed (and what isn’t), and I’ve always felt that they truly have my best interest in mind. On top of that, they treat you like family, which is much more… Read full review

Brought my car in for check up. Dorso does a complete and through inspection and keeps me informed of my cars condition. Highly recommend.

I consistently receive excellent support at Dorso’s. They fully explain any issues they identify when reviewing my vehicle, and they note which issues should be addressed right away vs. any items that can wait until later. They also do their best to offer cost-effective solutions. I highly recommend Dorso’s.

Top notch service without selling you any extras like the dealership guys. Reasonable prices and great customer relationships. I would definitely continue to use their services in future.

After our long time ( nearly 30 years) go-to auto repair shop was sold to another business, my family and I, went to 2 different auto repair shops for our car maintenance. It was not until Dorsos’s Automotive was highly recommended by our family friend, that we knew this was going to be our go-to repair shop. My… Read full review

Always great work and good prices! This is my trusted, go-to mechanic for my 2017 Honda civic.

Joe, Rick and crew really took car of me. I had some deferred maintenance and now my car is running great. The cost is reasonable, and worked with my schedule.

Excellent service, kept us well informed as to service being done. During regular inspection as part of their service found an existing problem which saved us undo wear on front tires. The team at Dorso's is awesome. Very thorough and informative. Love the text confirmations and communication as I'm not always available via phone. Accommodating and understanding. Great service all around!

Fantastic service every time I need them.

My vehicle died on the freeway and I had it towed to Dorso's. They couldn't get to it right away but were happy to let me leave it with them. I was pretty sure that the fuel pump was bad and I was right. They diagnosed it quickly and got the repair done, which required draining the fuel and removing the tank, in… Read full review

This auto service has been servicing my car for 20 years. I would not trust anyone else to take take of my Chrysler. I give them 2 wrenches up. Thanks to the entire team.

Dorso is the place to go, period ! This review is long overdue . I had problem with my Hyundai Sonata with general repair as well as MUFFLER problem. Dorso’s is the best shop in the Bay Area. We’ve been coming there for close to 30 years and have always gotten the best service.

Dorso’s are not mechanics. They are car physicians..they carefully look over everything and give you a full diagnostic. Their prices are services fees are reasonable and they are very quick. We have been taking our vehicles to Doris’s for about 20 years. Rick, Joe and the whole Dorso team are exceptional when it comes to servicing your vehicle. They’re thorough and reasonable priced.

I brought my vehicle to Dorso's for the first time after seeing all the great reviews on line. Plus, I knew they were an excellent shop as this business is AAA approved for auto repair. Before coming to Dorso's, a local auto dealership advise me about some worn parts that were in need of replacement. I wasn't… Read full review

They came recommended from a friend. Local small businesses with attentive customer service. Honest and upfront with Servicces. Not the cheapest mechanic around, but worth the price of knowing your auto is in good hands and service is top notch. Services are worth recommending. Satisfied with the work they did on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler.

Highest level of excellence customer service. First time using this shop because they were one of few that had a cat shield for my vehicle in stock (no wait). They squeezed me in so the work could be done before my vacation. Never have I ever seen a cleaner shop! They even asked Covid screening questions, had… Read full review

Great service, as always! They are my go to mechanics for my car service. Friendly staff are reliable, trustworthy, and always have good advice.

I’ve known Rick and Joe for a few years now. I’ve been taking my cars to another shop for 30 years. Because of my previous experiences with Dorso’s, I knew when my mechanic retired, which he recently did, I’d be taking my cars to Dorso’s. Thorough, professional, convenient. I’ll be recommending Dorso’s to anyone I know who needs auto service and repairs.

So happy to have someone look after my car.

This is a great Auto service. Honest and very friendly people. I brought my car for a regular maintenance and will definitely come back for the next one.

Very professional service! Good care, prompt, and thorough.

I dealt with Joe and Rick (hope I got your name right!). Firstly, this was my first experience getting maintenance done in the bay area. So I was ready for some sticker shock. With the new COVID guidelines still in effect, it was a bit of a challenge to get the appointment set up. The owner works at the shop, but has his off-site manager try and do the calls. A lot of back and forth. Tedious and a bit unnecessary. I did an 75k tune-up, and get an issue fixed. It was a lot more than I… Read full review
