What a great place with wonderful service. I was referred here by a neighbor, and I’m sure glad I booked with them instead of the dealership! My previous experience made me want to pivot. The dealership had tightened my filter so much that other shops couldn’t pry it open, and one place said they’d need to charge me… Read full review

If you don't want to worry about your car breaking down on long trips, then service your car at Dorso's Automotive Repair, Fremont. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Dorso's for over 30 years and have never experienced a break down "on the road". I attribute this to Dorso's using great products,… Read full review

Rick the owner and Joe his assistant I’ve known for sometime (20+ yrs) Always a top notch shop, quality work. After retiring from 40yrs of working in the dealership business, this is where I prefer my vehicles to be repaired! 👍

Excellent and prompt work! They don't recommend any unnecessary repairs. Thorough communication about the issues, repairs and costs. Rick is always pleasant talk to and explains everything in detail.

5 🌟 mechanic shop!!

Dorso’s was clear and detailed about everything that my truck needed. After a total of 175,000 miles I confidently say that Dorso’s has been the biggest factor in my truck driving smoothly and strong. I can’t thank Dorso’s enough, especially the rise in auto costs! I’m crossing my fingers for another 100,000 miles… Read full review

I love the thoroughness of Dorso’s Service. They are professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Not good experience. I’ve been there three times. I come back each time feeling I got taken advantage of. I have an older vehicle, a 2013 accord, so of course it’s not gonna be perfect. They add “optional” and “recommended” items on every visit even for very minor things. Can’t do oil change without additives. Can’t… Read full review

I had my vehicle radiator flushed and replaced fluid and tire rotation and oil changed. It took most of day, but it was worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The team here is honest, knowledgeable, and does excellent work every time. They take the time to explain what’s needed (and what isn’t), and I’ve always felt that they truly have my best interest in mind. On top of that, they treat you like family, which is much more… Read full review

Brought my car in for check up. Dorso does a complete and through inspection and keeps me informed of my cars condition. Highly recommend.

Top notch service without selling you any extras like the dealership guys. Reasonable prices and great customer relationships. I would definitely continue to use their services in future.

I took my Mazda cx5 here for regular service and check noise coming from breaks. They did a really thorough inspection (more detailed than dealership). They have been in business for 25+ years and the owner was really nice and helpful.

After our long time ( nearly 30 years) go-to auto repair shop was sold to another business, my family and I, went to 2 different auto repair shops for our car maintenance. It was not until Dorsos’s Automotive was highly recommended by our family friend, that we knew this was going to be our go-to repair shop. My… Read full review

I always feel secure when getting work done at Dorso’s.

Joe, Rick and crew really took car of me. I had some deferred maintenance and now my car is running great. The cost is reasonable, and worked with my schedule.

Excellent service, kept us well informed as to service being done. During regular inspection as part of their service found an existing problem which saved us undo wear on front tires. We have been a long time customer and would recommend Dorso’s to any one needing car servicing. Highly professional and above all honest

Always a wonderful experience and very trustworthy!!

Wheel bearing had to be replaced due to humming noise. They did the job quickly, accurately and in reasonable price. They also kept the old parts to show the damage. Thanks for your help!

Great service, genuinely knowledgeable staff, no shortcuts, your gonna get it done the right way.

Once again a great service. Dorso’s is always thorough in their inspections and flawless in their execution, which makes a huge difference for my really old car, not only for its repairs, but especially prevention too. Very friendly staff.

- Good service, - Good use of technology to keep clients updated - They didn’t add unnecessary repairs to gain more fees from clients.

Honest diagnosis, professional and polite. I’ve always had a good experience with Dorso’s.

Super friendly staff that go above and beyond. They keep you updated throughout the process. Highly recommended.

This auto service has been servicing my car for 20 years. I would not trust anyone else to take take of my Chrysler. I give them 2 wrenches up. Thanks to the entire team.

Dorso is the place to go, period ! This review is long overdue . I had problem with my Hyundai Sonata with general repair as well as MUFFLER problem. My car had problem with muffler as well as maintenance. On calling couple of automotive repair shops in fremont , i was quotes too high or vague answers on muffler… Read full review

Honest Reliable Dependable service we have been customers for well over 20 years .

I have been their client for years. They are reliable, professional and honest, and this is what I am looking for from the team that takes care of my car. I trust them 100%. Highly recommended.

Rick and Joe are excellent at keeping you informed as they work on your vehicle. I would not trust anyone else to work on my truck. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to explain what needs to be done and why.

They came recommended from a friend. Local small businesses with attentive customer service. Honest and upfront with Servicces. Not the cheapest mechanic around, but worth the price of knowing your auto is in good hands and service is top notch. Services are worth recommending. Satisfied with the work they did on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler.
