A bit pricy and they are great when they can reach you. Must be using a new AI model for their support center but it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. The call tree option loops and chatting with their AI chatbox doesnt really get you anywhere. I'd recommend looking elsewhere save yourself the headache.

Very nice and thorough staff from the initial scheduling to the tech visit.

James did an excellent job. Explained everything and let me know my options and his recommendations with costs before starting any work. James was quick at succeeding getting our sink unclogged. He was considerate to not track snow and dirt into my house and left the area cleaner then it was before he did the work.

Great service! Called because we had a slow draining bath drain and a clogged hose between the dishwasher/disposal. Grace answered the phone asked relevant questions and got someone dispatched. Fantastic call handling! We were notified when the tech was on his way - Aidan was respectful, personable and provided… Read full review

Drain Masters has always been awesome. We’ve used them for at least 15 years whenever we have an issue. We used RotoRooter once when DrainMasters was booked, I would rather wait a day with a clogged sink than have RotoRooter come out. Definitely would recommend DrainMasters to anyone I know.

Polite, professional experts here. I'm happy that we had this fine company working on our house. They cleaned, repaired (with a little excavation), and relined our sewer pipe. The work was expensive but necessary and well performed by their technicians. While I reflected on the usefulness and importance of the work… Read full review

Accommodating , courteous, on time, reasonably priced, professional, competent, seems like an excessive review but they have earned it with us

Blayne was very professional and did a tremendous job.

Wow, this outfit is AMAZING! From the time I called to make an appointment to the end I was so pleased. Customer service is phenomenal. Joe, our tech, was pleasant, explained EVERYTHING to me, told me the estimated cost up front before he started work, and left the area better than how he found it. He and his… Read full review

Excellent service from very professional and helpful technicians. Al, Justus, and Blaine were very professional and exceptionally helpful in both fixing the problem and providing honest assessments of the state of my homes sewer line. Quality work and exceptional service from everyone involved. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my kitchen sink making a water hammering noise. Also, an annoyingly slow drain (obviously clogged badly). After channeling my inner-plumber skills (after watching several YouTube videos) and failing to fix the issue, I called Drain Masters. Their customer service is friendly and good.… Read full review

I was impressed with this company from the moment Olivia answered their phone. Everyone was professional and timely, from Grace scheduling the appointment, to James completing the work. James was thorough, professional, communicative and personable. Having a clogged drain is never fun, having contractors in your… Read full review

I own several rental properties in Anchorage and have tried a few different companies. I haven't had any terrible experiences but these guys stand out in the crowd. Timely, professional, and outstanding communication throughout the process.

Our home has a fairly torturous drain system that finally got plugged up. Drain master tech Anthony stuck with it and managed to get us flowing again.

There service tech Steve McCallum came right out within an hour of calling and had our drain unclogged in no time. He was friendly and courteous and answered any question and totally transparent about every thing he had to do. He Was very professional and I would not have a problem calling again for any Plumbing needs.

Wonderful service!

James was great! Very proficient, I’m a happy customer

5! Blayne was clean and professional to start. Above and beyond in the details as to what was done. Felt like i was taken care of by someone who takes passion and pride in what he cares about, his trade being one of them. I definitely will further my relationship with the company as problems present themselves as… Read full review

Gerald, and his apprentice, were nice, professional, thorough, and very neat. We really appreciated their advice and expertise. They worked us into a busy day, but took their time to repair our problem and test their work. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of their work.

Lucked out with scheduling and technicians were well equipped and professional! Very honest, transparent And practical about issues and solutions!

James was great! He showed up 25 mins. after calling. He's pleasant, professional and cleaned up after himself nicely. A very good experience from other plumbers I have used. Got everything done in a timely manor. Way to go James! From now on I will only call Drain Masters if I have a problem.

Really, really great service! I expected to be waiting for an appointment, maybe even for another day or two. They dispatched Aiden right away who arrived in half an hour or so. Everyone we worked with either on the phone or in person was very professional and did a great job of explaining steps they would take to… Read full review

Aidan was a real pleasure to work with, he was prompt and professional in his work and demeanor, he was very knowledgeable about our home’s plumbing set up and how to fix our problem, he cleaned up our bathroom completely after he was done, and we enjoyed having him in our house and getting to know him. I would… Read full review

The service plumber was polite, professional, and organized. I would definitely recommend Drain Masters to friends.

Quick and quality work. Tech knew his job well, worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well when he was done. He also too all appropriate Covid precautions (mask, gloves, boot covers, etc) and was extremely polite. Our dog didn't even bark at him so we know he's a good guy.

Joe Mitchell was prompt, thorough, and had a positive attitude despite having to wade through 3" deep of backed up drain water on the basement floor. The machine he brought to snake the drain worked quickly and now we're drying out. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered tons of questions. Thank you Joe!

I have hired drain masters three times now. They've fixed my kitchen sink and the garbage disposal. Fixed the bath room sink and toilet. Now they have come over and unclogged the drains as sewage was backing up into my garage.
