I had a broken water supply valve on one of our toilets and needed it fixed ASAP. These guys came quicker than I expected and did a great job, not to mention they were tidy and efficient. We now have a plumber to recommend to people!

I was in an emergency situation on a weekend. Called and made an appointment with an AI helper for the day of and was told I would receive a call back from a technician when they were on their way. Nothing happened and when I called back the first time, I was told to leave a message with the dispatch message machine and someone would call me back. Still nothing. The next time I called, I got a message to leave a message and someone would call me back in two business days. Terrible customer service!
