They were professional, knowledgeable and explained the problem and solution in detail. Aiden also offered pro-active and preventative suggestions to help eliminate the issue in the future.

Drain Master showed up as scheduled. I appreciate that they texted me in advance, and again when they were on the way. The technician, Shaun, was professional and explained his recommendation before starting work. Best of all, my kitchen drain was cleared quickly with no mess.

A bit pricy and they are great when they can reach you. Must be using a new AI model for their support center but it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. The call tree option loops and chatting with their AI chatbox doesnt really get you anywhere. I'd recommend looking elsewhere save yourself the headache.

Anthony from drain masters was phenomenal great customer service very down to earth guy and super nice and helpful.
