I was very impressed with the professionalism and very personable technician ,Anthony Wiley! He was very thorough in explaining my several of my plumbing issues. I wished more technicians that I’ve used from other companies were more like him! He’s a real Gem!

Aiden was great to work with. He and his co-worker did a great job and kept us informed throughout the time they were working. They were professional, knowledgeable and explained the problem and solution in detail. Aiden also offered pro-active and preventative suggestions to help eliminate the issue in the future.

Drain Master showed up as scheduled. I appreciate that they texted me in advance, and again when they were on the way. The technician, Shaun, was professional and explained his recommendation before starting work. Best of all, my kitchen drain was cleared quickly with no mess.

A bit pricy and they are great when they can reach you. Must be using a new AI model for their support center but it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. The call tree option loops and chatting with their AI chatbox doesnt really get you anywhere. I'd recommend looking elsewhere save yourself the headache.

Called and was able to get a same day estimate and service to clear a blocked garage floor drain. Joey explained what he thought the problem was and the steps he'd take to clear the drain. Took less than an hour and he even offered to help find a new strainer cap. Would definitely recommend them

Got the job done but super slow. Plumber William is clearly new on the job as an apprentice. We realize it takes time to learn the trade, but it took him way too long to come up with a cost estimate.

Drain Masters saved the day today when our main line backed up and started to flood our basement with sewage. I can't thank you enough for your super quick response, understanding of our situation, immediate/precise quote, and professionalism through it all!

Shaun (the technician) was professional, friendly and explained the source of the problem in easy to understand terms. He also gave me three options to ensure that my kitchen sink would function properly in the future.
