Gerald was fantastic and got my plumbing problems fixed quickly. The entire process of setting up the appointments and arranging the visits were refreshingly easy and timely. I have finally found a honest and professionally excellent plumber and plumbing company to use here in Alaska. Thanks so much!!
I am very impressed with Aiden and John. Their professionalism, kindness, attentiveness and teamwork is unmatched! I highly recommend Drainmasters!
Installed new heavy duty garage sink faucet.
Friendly and very thorough service. We called them out to tend to several minor issues around the house, which they fixed as well as a few others they did for no additional fee. Will definitely be using this company and hopefully this team again.
Shaun was thorough and precise. He did an excellent job of communicating what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was gracious enough to let me follow along visually so I could get experience from his techniques!
Sean did an excellent job and explained what he was doing and why which I appreciated
They are fair in cost and very professional. It is rare in today's world to have a company you can trust.
Very pleasant

The work was expensive but necessary and well performed by their technicians. While I reflected on the usefulness and importance of the work…
I have hired drain masters three times now. They've fixed my kitchen sink and the garbage disposal. Fixed the bath room sink and toilet. Now they have come over and unclogged the drains as sewage was backing up into my garage.
