Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Our technician Madison was amazing, so thorough and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs!
I had a pinhole leak in a tough to reach location. Mark and Joey were prompt in their assessment and work. Joey in particular was very good at explaining the issue, their plan to repair it, and explaining the pricing. Great experience with both of them.
Efficient, friendly, knew his way around the problem.
Shaun was very knowledgeable and professional He resolved all issues and explained the membership program. We're now membets
Very friendly and gave nice honest advice for future clogs
They were scheduled to come for one repair but they easily took care of two additional plumbing needs!
Gerald was fantastic and got my plumbing problems fixed quickly. The entire process of setting up the appointments and arranging the visits were refreshingly easy and timely. I have finally found a honest and professionally excellent plumber and plumbing company to use here in Alaska. Thanks so much!!
Guys did a great job. Thank you.
Great job, good work. Thanks for coming early today
Very impressed with the level of service and scheduling flexibility. Communication was clear and timely and Gerald was very accommodating and understanding of a busy house with five kids and a dog! I would definitely employ their services again in the future.
Second post, a year later (2025). Another service call for a backed up drain. Madison was courteous, and professional and explained the process looking at all aspects of the problem and gave options at proceeding with repair as well as information about future options for old pipes. I had continued good service…
Amazing customer service and quick repair! I will definitely use this company again if needed!
Friendly and very thorough service. We called them out to tend to several minor issues around the house, which they fixed as well as a few others they did for no additional fee. Will definitely be using this company and hopefully this team again.

Great service, at reasonable prices. I'd highly recommend these folks. Drain Masters is reliable, on time, and clearly places a value on customer satisfaction. The technician Shaun is great. This kind of service is very, very hard to find in Anchorage.
Well done
I am a new customer with Drain Masters and was impressed with their automated IT system, efficient and professional schedulers and ultimately very professional, friendly and efficient Technicians. I highly recommend this company; definitely 5 star services.
Very knowledgeable and understanding, professional, and honest.
Sean snd Carlos were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate. I appreciated their help in figuring out how to handle another job that I’ll have them do... snake my drains in the kitchen.
I had an issue with my kitchen sink making a water hammering noise. Also, an annoyingly slow drain (obviously clogged badly). After channeling my inner-plumber skills (after watching several YouTube videos) and failing to fix the issue, I called Drain Masters. Their customer service is friendly and good.…
The best vary professional and outgoing people !! Definitely recommend
Quick and quality work. Tech knew his job well, worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well when he was done. He also too all appropriate Covid precautions (mask, gloves, boot covers, etc) and was extremely polite. Our dog didn't even bark at him so we know he's a good guy.
