Gerald showed up promptly and figured out where a strange leak was coming from! He provided information about the job as he went along and got us back up and running in the same day!

Technicians did a good job with the repair itself unfortunately they plumbed it so the pipe is partially outside of the stud so I will have to modify the drywall to get it to fit back into place rather than just put a new piece back in place. If it was any worse they would have to come back and redo it entirely.

They were scheduled to come for one repair but they easily took care of two additional plumbing needs!

Very impressed with the level of service and scheduling flexibility. Communication was clear and timely and Gerald was very accommodating and understanding of a busy house with five kids and a dog! I would definitely employ their services again in the future.

These guys were great! We had a weird piping setup under the kitchen sink inherited from a previous owner, and they were prompt, responsive and very communicative about fixing it. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and informative with every step. Cleaned up every step of the way. Gave options for repairs. I am extremely satisfied as far as we’ve gone. It’s a complex job and isn’t completed yet, but I feel confident that it will be completed properly.

I am a new customer with Drain Masters and was impressed with their automated IT system, efficient and professional schedulers and ultimately very professional, friendly and efficient Technicians. I highly recommend this company; definitely 5 star services.

Everything about their service went well. They were professional, kind and followed covid protocols inside a home. If I ever need a plumber again they would be the first choice.

The techs were out within 1 day and within a couple of hours had identified and fixed our water backup issue. They were very good about investigating other aspects of our plumbing for preventative issues as well so we wouldn't run into problems down the line. Very nice and thorough staff from the initial scheduling to the tech visit.
