He and his apprentice were wonderful. Very honest and helpful. Thank you all so much!!!’
Quick. Professional. Definitely calling them anytime theres an issue
Gerald showed up promptly and figured out where a strange leak was coming from! He provided information about the job as he went along and got us back up and running in the same day!
Technicians did a good job with the repair itself unfortunately they plumbed it so the pipe is partially outside of the stud so I will have to modify the drywall to get it to fit back into place rather than just put a new piece back in place. If it was any worse they would have to come back and redo it entirely.
They were scheduled to come for one repair but they easily took care of two additional plumbing needs!
Polite and professional!
I am a happy customer. Shaun Thank You! My sink is flowing once again and I appreciate your service.
Aiden was great to work with. He and his co-worker did a great job and kept us informed throughout the time they were working. They were professional, knowledgeable and explained the problem and solution in detail. Aiden also offered pro-active and preventative suggestions to help eliminate the issue in the future.

Love every minute of this experience with Drain Masters. I loved the fact that they sent a text with a picture of the tech coming out to let me know what they looked like visiting my home. Gerald was super professional, knowledgeable and FAST! I 100% will be using DrainMasters again.

He was patient, observant, methodically eliminating causes of the leak…and finally found it!! Great job!! October 3, 2025 Gerald was the first Plumber to actually accurately identify the problem and I’m very fortunate that he was the plumber that finally fixed it. It was no simple task. The Pipe laid against the…

My kitchen sink drain issues couldn't be cleared easily, so the big guns (Maddy) came and resolved the multiple clogs between the sink and the main drain. We discussed what could be done to prevent a recurrence of the problem, allowing to work within my budget. Drain Masters made an extra effort to fit me in to a…

Most places were weeks out, and they had someone here in 2 days. Very friendly and professional tech. Made sure everything was solid before leaving. Great service! I have used them several times now and they are always quick to respond and identify the issue quickly.
I can’t remember his exact name (Jeffrey, Jacob?) but I do know he was in the Navy, and I thanked him for his country service. This technician was super knowledgeable to the point that he struck me as if he had an engineering degree. As he explained to me the problem he was troubleshooting to solve, I learned things…

They are so on top of communication! Very professional, explain things clearly. The communication from scheduling appt, to prepping for arrival, to the on-site process is the best I’ve experienced anywhere.

Aiden did a great job. He was quick, friendly and professional. He kept the area clean and did the repair with no delays. He was even friendly to our pup who is in the "bark at anything different" stage. Highly recommend Drain Masters to clients and family.
Randy, Joe and Jacob were all great! I had a frozen drainage pipe in my kitchen, effectively shutting down both sinks and my dishwasher. After a couple days of trying to DIY my way out of it I finally called them and they repaired it same day. They let me shadow them a bit and taught me a few things which I…

Aiden Scrivner with Drain Masters did a great job, he was very friendly, accommodating and even checked out another issue I was having with our plumbing while he was here. I would definitely work with him again and refer him to friends, family and clients.

Joe Mitchell was very charismatic and responsive, I was able to take a quick break from work to meet him and everything from the assessment to payment was very quick and pain free. I felt at ease and attended to the whole time 5/5 experience, I’ll definitely pick them the next time I need help!
I had tree roots growing through a pipe outside my house and the cleared them and repaired my pipe.
The guys were great...the best.
Shaun and Mark were great to work with. No one enjoys having issues with their plumbing because it's costly and the work can take awhile but Shaun and Mark were super friendly and upbeat, which helped make the process less painful. They ran into a few snags throughout the job but they met each challenge head on and…
These guys were great! We had a weird piping setup under the kitchen sink inherited from a previous owner, and they were prompt, responsive and very communicative about fixing it. Highly recommended.
Mr. Henry is familiar with this residence as he was here before. When I called with what was thought to be a reoccurring issue, Mr. Jake started doing investigations and ended up calling Mr. Henry over. Together they discovered a "new" issue and gave me options. Mr. Cody, and his partner, Mr. David, whom are also…
Very helpful and informative with every step. Cleaned up every step of the way. Gave options for repairs. I am extremely satisfied as far as we’ve gone. It’s a complex job and isn’t completed yet, but I feel confident that it will be completed properly.
I called Drain Masters at 9am, the team coordinator gave me a call at 9:07, and by 10:10a we had Karl and Shaun on site to give us solutions. They were able to give a very understandable and thorough explanation of what the problem was and how to repair it. They were also open to answering other plumbing related…

Everything about their service went well. They were professional, kind and followed covid protocols inside a home. If I ever need a plumber again they would be the first choice.
The techs were out within 1 day and within a couple of hours had identified and fixed our water backup issue. They were very good about investigating other aspects of our plumbing for preventative issues as well so we wouldn't run into problems down the line. Very nice and thorough staff from the initial scheduling to the tech visit.
Polite, professional experts here. I'm happy that we had this fine company working on our house. They cleaned, repaired (with a little excavation), and relined our sewer pipe. The work was expensive but necessary and well performed by their technicians. While I reflected on the usefulness and importance of the work…
