Madison is an exceptional plumber. He is very thorough and knows what he’s doing!
Having sewer issues is not pleasant in so many different ways but dealing with Drain Masters was actually quite pleasant. I attempted to get our problem taken care of by contacting several companies. One companies call went to VM, another didn’t have availability for 4 days. Drain Masters came on the same day…
Got right to work making sure I knew everything that was going on. Took time to explain everything in detail. Great addiude.
Good communicator, swift, solutions in mind!
This is a great service company for sewer drain issues! The young man they sent was polite and excellent with his communication. He worked through the problem at our house and actually listened to our theories. He knew his business and solved a two plus year old problem because he did not give up (even though I…
Courteous, professional, and did expert work
We have used Drain Masters multiple times. They are honest and ethical, we are really impressed with all the people that we have had work at our house. We had Gerald as our technician. He is super knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel like you are cared for. Not enough stars, 5 is too few. Highly recommend.
We had our entire drain system re lined The two guys who did the work were wonderful. They were extremely polite and thoughtful. The explained all they were going to do and encouraged his to watch and ask questions. They showed how everything worked. As the women of the house I was delighted when they ask me to…
Good
Shaun was courteous and good natured. Obviously knew his trade well. He offered clear explanations of the problem and solutions he was applying to fix it. He gave good advice about how to avoid the problem in the future. All round professional. I would call Drain Masters and request Shaun again.
They came right away and knew what was wrong immediately! Shaun was super professional and friendly and really went above and beyond to help with my overflowing sewer. It was the best outcome for a really awful situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They are fair in cost and very professional. It is rare in today's world to have a company you can trust.
The gentlemen who showed up to work on my sewer system was very professional. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions I had. They were very caring and very friendly. I felt at ease having them in my home.
Shaun was very knowledgeable, nice and great to work with!
Pros: Actual repair staff are friendly and helpful, and do a decent job Cons: -Will try to ludicrously upsell you on $28,000 Cured In Pipe Placement (CIPP) based on a breezed through, flashy review of your scoping, and a lot of "trust me I know" -Will quote you with $2,200 of sewer line cleaning, then when you…
The technician came when nobody else would. What a life saver when you have a family of 5 and you can flush the toilet again.
My experience with Drain Masters has been fabulous from beginning to end. I had a very complicated sewer issue and they handled every step with incredible knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Drain Masters for all your plumbing needs!! I will be using them exclusively!!

Very kind, hard working and polite.
Aiden Scrivner with Drain Masters did a great job, he was very friendly, accommodating and even checked out another issue I was having with our plumbing while he was here. I would definitely work with him again and refer him to friends, family and clients.
These are the go-to guys for your plumbing needs! On time, professional, and they get the job done! We have used them twice and have nothing but positive to say. Joe did a great job today , and special thanks for getting us in early!!!

Very helpful and informative with every step. Cleaned up every step of the way. Gave options for repairs. I am extremely satisfied as far as we’ve gone. It’s a complex job and isn’t completed yet, but I feel confident that it will be completed properly.
Excellent, professional, clear and on time project. A near broken sewer line outside repaired, entire sewer line from laundry room to city main cleaned, resign, and sleeve (my term) inserted and sealed. Tecnical staff most present Ian, Smitty, and Elijah were complete pros, very clear and explained every move.…

Professional people do there job and do it well and efficiently
Your people were upbeat, informative and very helpful. I tend to be very in the way/involved and they encouraged it and were eager to explain to me what they were doing. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you!
Very professional and quick. I am able to shower and use the bathroom.
Great service. Kind and helpful. Thanks for the help!
Polite, professional experts here. I'm happy that we had this fine company working on our house. They cleaned, repaired (with a little excavation), and relined our sewer pipe. The work was expensive but necessary and well performed by their technicians. While I reflected on the usefulness and importance of the work…
This was my 3rd call for flooding, clogging, and backing up. I will continue using their services.
Really, really great service! I expected to be waiting for an appointment, maybe even for another day or two. They dispatched Aiden right away who arrived in half an hour or so. Everyone we worked with either on the phone or in person was very professional and did a great job of explaining steps they would take to…
