Everything went great. Gutted the tank innards as it was 15 years old from when I installed it. Decided to farm out the repair and was entirely pleased with Matty's work. Next day response time was nice too!
I had a broken water supply valve on one of our toilets and needed it fixed ASAP. These guys came quicker than I expected and did a great job, not to mention they were tidy and efficient. We now have a plumber to recommend to people!
Great job. Anthony knows his Stuff and is a great people person.
Great service
Absolutely sweet and kind helpers, thank you so much for your hard work and attentiveness!
Shaun was capable and quick in fixing the problem.
Very nice person, did the job my property manager hired him for I believe he even locked my door for me when he left.
Madi was a delight to work with!! He examined the problem, had a solution that would put my mind at ease and provide a price right away. He also checked on the sump pump while he was in the crawlspace turning off the water.
Madison Wilkins from DM Plumbing Service arrived on time, assessed issues on all three of my toilets, gave me an estimate and completed the repairs in a timely manner. During this time he was extremely polite and walked me through everything he did. Very professional and I would recommend Madison if you have need of plumbing repairs.
Excellent service from start to finish. Fast, reliable, courteous and efficient.
He unplugged my toilet and checked all the others including tanks. I was very pleased and he had a pleasant demeanor.
Gerald with Drain Masters was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why. I will definitely use Drain Masters again.
What. A joy to have met him. Professional, happy and a great smile!! He deserves a bonus!!!
Get job coordinating with my heating contractor to get the job done quickly and getting my plumbing issues resolved and back to code! Would highly recommend.
Have never paid a plumber over 450.00, for not even anything done but snake my line, and then let us run our water for over 20 minutes and then find the toilet flooded again today! What kind of professional plumbing place is this and doesn’t have a 24 hour emergency service when this happens and it’s after your office is closed??? 😕
Very professional. Gives good feedback. Service was great. Price was a little high
Very friendly and gave nice honest advice for future clogs
Easy to schedule. Very communicative. Quick, yet efficient service.
Very professional and knows what he's doing.
Great job, made sure everything was working and in good order and communicated what needed to be done. Thank you!
We worked with Anthony; honestly, my wife worked with Anthony, and she felt respected and comfortable with him. Anthony was honest with the assessment of our ancient toilet and needing to replace and was transparent with the possible cost. Also, Anthony was able to handle the current problem at hand. Anthony had to…

Drain Masters are outstanding. I scheduled online (which I really appreciated) for a same day appointment and after calling to confirm, Madison was at my door. Great tech, was able to identify the issue right away, and had my leak solved in under 30 mins. I was able to pay right away, and there was no hassle or worry. 10/10 highly recommend.

This company is fantastic! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and concerned about getting my problem sorted out ASAP. Anthony is a pro technician and a great guy. The price was more than fair for what he did. Amazing customer service and just all-around great people. I cannot recommend them enough.
Anthony was able to remedy the situation at my rental duplex very quickly. I got an appointment the same day that I called. He was very professional and efficient. I'm keeping his number handy for the next time I need a reliable plumber
We have used Drain Masters multiple times. They are honest and ethical, we are really impressed with all the people that we have had work at our house. We had Gerald as our technician. He is super knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel like you are cared for. Not enough stars, 5 is too few. Highly recommend.
Anthony did a great, professionalized job.
Most places were weeks out, and they had someone here in 2 days. Very friendly and professional tech. Made sure everything was solid before leaving. Great service! I have used them several times now and they are always quick to respond and identify the issue quickly.
I can’t remember his exact name (Jeffrey, Jacob?) but I do know he was in the Navy, and I thanked him for his country service. This technician was super knowledgeable to the point that he struck me as if he had an engineering degree. As he explained to me the problem he was troubleshooting to solve, I learned things…
Quick and friendly sevices. Will use again.
The lead was very helpful and informative. Excellent customer service!
Drain master is just awesome no complaints at all
I had spoken with a representative at the Home Show last spring and thought I’d give them a try. Professional, very thorough. I would recommend them. John and Aiden were great.
Got the job done but super slow. Plumber William is clearly new on the job as an apprentice. We realize it takes time to learn the trade, but it took him way too long to come up with a cost estimate.
