Everything went great. Gutted the tank innards as it was 15 years old from when I installed it. Decided to farm out the repair and was entirely pleased with Matty's work. Next day response time was nice too!

I had a broken water supply valve on one of our toilets and needed it fixed ASAP. These guys came quicker than I expected and did a great job, not to mention they were tidy and efficient. We now have a plumber to recommend to people!

Madi was a delight to work with!! He examined the problem, had a solution that would put my mind at ease and provide a price right away. He also checked on the sump pump while he was in the crawlspace turning off the water.

Madison Wilkins from DM Plumbing Service arrived on time, assessed issues on all three of my toilets, gave me an estimate and completed the repairs in a timely manner. During this time he was extremely polite and walked me through everything he did. Very professional and I would recommend Madison if you have need of plumbing repairs.

Have never paid a plumber over 450.00, for not even anything done but snake my line, and then let us run our water for over 20 minutes and then find the toilet flooded again today! What kind of professional plumbing place is this and doesn’t have a 24 hour emergency service when this happens and it’s after your office is closed??? 😕

Drain Masters are outstanding. I scheduled online (which I really appreciated) for a same day appointment and after calling to confirm, Madison was at my door. Great tech, was able to identify the issue right away, and had my leak solved in under 30 mins. I was able to pay right away, and there was no hassle or worry. 10/10 highly recommend.

This company is fantastic! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and concerned about getting my problem sorted out ASAP. Anthony is a pro technician and a great guy. We have used Drain Masters multiple times. They are honest and ethical, we are really impressed with all the people that we have had work at our house. We had Gerald as our technician. He is super knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel like you are cared for. Not enough stars, 5 is too few. Highly recommend.

Drain master is just awesome no complaints at all

I had spoken with a representative at the Home Show last spring and thought I’d give them a try. Professional, very thorough. I would recommend them. John and Aiden were great.

Got the job done but super slow. Plumber William is clearly new on the job as an apprentice. We realize it takes time to learn the trade, but it took him way too long to come up with a cost estimate.

Friendly and very thorough service. We called them out to tend to several minor issues around the house, which they fixed as well as a few others they did for no additional fee. Will definitely be using this company and hopefully this team again.

Drain Masters saved the day today when our main line backed up and started to flood our basement with sewage. I can't thank you enough for your super quick response, understanding of our situation, immediate/precise quote, and professionalism through it all!

Aidan was professional and hard working. He did the work in a prompt time and being thorough. I feel he did an excellent job. He left my bathroom clean and working. I have hired drain masters three times now. They've fixed my kitchen sink and the garbage disposal. Fixed the bath room sink and toilet. Now they have come over and unclogged the drains as sewage was backing up into my garage.
