I've worked with Amy and Melissa twice in the last nine months and both times the experience has been incredible. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I felt very well represented both times. At first I worked with them on a purchase in Dripping Springs where they were able to easily guide me through the process and ensured everything went according to plan. About 6 months later I was trying to get my home in Austin ready to sell, really didn't know what to do and was just kind of "over it" at that point. I reached out to Amy and Melissa. I really felt like I was pulling together a team of experts who would know exactly what to do and that's exactly what happened. Amy and Melissa pulled their team together, came up with a plan, executed the plan, and got the home on the market and sold very quickly. They have an incredible team and know all of the right people to contact to accomplish the tasks necessary to get the home in the best position to sell. Having now done both a buy and sell in the last nine months, I don't know when my next real estate transaction will be but I do know who I'm contacting first.

Amy is professional, personable and a joy to work with. She expertly helped us navigate the purchase and start to finish every interaction with Amy was wonderful. She listened to our criteria, got us moving and ultimately helped us win a multi-offer bidding process on our literal dream home. Cannot say enough about Amy! Would refer her any day!

The sale of our family home in Dripping Springs, which my late husband built, was a difficult choice. It was also emotional for me and my kids. However, both Melissa and Amy showed true compassion and professionalism throughout the entire process. They priced it at exacly what I felt it was worth, got multiple offers, accepted a full cash offer within 9 days of it going on MLS, and we closed in 10 days to a cash buyer. Both ladies provided excellent advice of staging, fix up and even worked on the property along side me! they are not afraid of getting dirty! Thank you so much, Amy and Melissa, for taking care of us!

Patrick, we are so glad that Lynne kept our number from our For Sale sign all those years! What an honor! We were also happy to surprise you, not only with a sales price hundreds of thousands over what you thought your property was worth, but also with a quick close. We are thankful that you were willing to work with our listing process and present your home so beautifully. Its a gorgeous piece of Austin property, with Dripping Springs schools. We wish you and your family a beautiful future in your new home!
Melissa and Amy are fabulous realtors. After 3 unsuccessful months on the market, they helped us re-strategize our house sale bringing in exponentially more foot traffic and leading to our ultimate sale. Their expertise and honesty were much appreciated during what was an emotional process for our whole family. The whole team is hands on and highly available even after they sale as we navigated the move. Their success is based not just in their sales but in their customer relations. Recommend without reservation.

Melissa & Amy what a dynamic duo. You two made the process enjoyable, but very stressful. 😆 just kidding, you were both super great. Thanks for caring and being so supportive throughout the process.
We loved working with your family! It was a tight timeline, with two weeks to list, but we hope the short 5 days on market and the FULL price offer were worth the hard team work! We had so much fun with y’all and are happy that we were able to find such an amazing deal on your new home in Dripping Springs! ~ Warmly, Melissa Roberts & Amy Paczosa Runyan

Thank you Michele, Sam, Jerry, & Bacon! We would have to say that 'Jerry & Bacon' may be our favorite dog names to date and such characters too. From the first day we got to tour with you both we knew we were the lucky ones. You both are so down to earth and so gracious. We love the way you choose to prioritize your living and that you are going to make every moment count! We can't wait to come see what you did to your home and hear about your travels. ~ Best Melissa & Amy
