45.00 dollars for a car wash and interior clean and my car is still dirty. The inside was barely wiped down, my dash looks exactly the same(dusty) the cup holder still has a dried spill. The outside of my car still has lots of dirt on the bottoms. This is the third chance I've given them and everytime it's AWFUL. do not waste your money.

I used to come here all the time for oil changes. I went yesterday and they charged me $56 for a $4 oil filter. Total garbage. Why can’t you just do business without ripping people off? So disappointing.
Charged $110 for a "platinum" oil change and wash. Made mention that my tire pressure was off and was told it would reset itself. Had to correct the problem myself. Don't know what was platinum about my car wash. It sucked. Very disappointed and will not return.

They make it very difficult to cancel your membership before the end of the next billing cycle so they can steal 1 more month from you. It took me 2 weeks to get the membership cancelled and by the time they finally did it, they billed me for the next month and wouldn't refund it.

A convenient way to get my oil changed! The workers are always friendly and helpful in explaining things. They do give a report of what might need looked at or fixed in the future, but usually my mechanic says that some of those things are not really needed.

Took my car twice within a few months of each other, both times my water pump went out with 24 hours. From what I’ve seen I’m not the first person this has happened to. Of course they took NO blame. If you like a working water pump DO NOT use Drive and Shine for any oil changes/repairs.

I have 2 cars that did oil changes regularly at this place. Found out a couple days ago both my cars had no oil so I was constantly filing it up.
