If I lived in the Fremont area I would not hesitate to bring my car here for service. I had a seller bring in a used car for a pre purchase inspection and the process was easy and the customer service was exceptional. The mechanic I spoke with, Arun, explained the breadth of the inspection and arranged for the…
I came to Driven after I’d taken my Subaru Crosstrek into the dealership for my 100k routine maintenance and they told me I needed both oil pans resealed - for 3.6k. With a thorough inspection they told me only the lower showed signs of repair and did the job for under a thousand. Great documentation and lightning…
Our company has large project with LS Power in the bay area and we have 3 fleet vehicles in the area at anytime. I had to swap one and called on my way up from SD. I just happened to find Driven and they were the only ones open. Told Fernando what I had going on, dropped it off when I got into Fremont, got a Lyft to…
They did a very good job on time they promised and for the repair cost they provided. They worked on my BMX X5 and my wife's GMC suv. We're are very pleased with their work, their recommendations, and their reasonable quote to do the repairs needed. Thank you Performance Auto. Ricky
Straight-forward, thorough and trustworthy. I appreciate the detailed report that follows the visit, accompanied by photos of the work or part being inspected. Thankfully my car is still fairly new, so I haven't had to get anything intense done yet.
Arun and team were awesome! I inherited a 25 year old truck and looked for a local shop with top notch ratings to go over the vehicle…Driven Auto Care was it! They were upfront, transparent and were fair in their prices. I would definitely recommend them!
Very courteous service and professional the people are pleasant and friendly Thank you to Kent and Bryan
Even with the ownership change, I would still recommend doing business here for some of the more complex maintenance issues. The price has gone up for regular maintenance like oil changes, but they would take care of all the minor issues for you.
Arun, the owner was very knowledgeable about my car (M3). He was very professional and clearly communicated the details of the repairs and costs. I’m very pleased with the results and will continue to take my car here for service.
Quick and easy. Brought in my car for routine check and maintenance. Ken and Brent made the handoff and pick up super easy. Definitely coming back!
Excellent customer service and honesty
They are very professional and reasonable and fair priced. Work is impeccable and efficient and customer oriented! I have been a customer for a few years now and will not trust my car with anyone else!
Been bringing both my cars to Performance autocare for several years now. The team is extremely knowledgable, professional and above all honest. I have come to trust their diagnosis and recommendations over this time. In addition, I have found them to be reasonably priced.
Ken and Brent run a top notch operation. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and personable and they only repair what needs to be fixed. I have been going to them for close to 15 years. I only wish I had found this shop earlier and avoided having to go to dealers for auto service and repairs.
I found Performance Auto Care on Yelp and noticed they stellar reviews and decided to give them a call. They were able to squeeze me in within 2 days. Once I got there I got to speak with Ken and unpack all the troubles I had regarding my 2018 Miata. He helped me check the squeaking sound which was due to my rear…
Great service with frequent updates on the status of my car. Also very clear and helpful in answering all the questions I had. Would recommend!
Wow. The customer service is absolutely top notch and staff is extremely friendly. I left this place with a sense of security and relief. I'm very lucky and happy to have my car checked here. Very fast, good price, and thorough checks/inspections. I really appreciate the whole company thank you sooo much! Trust is huge here.
I love Ken & Brent & their team! I've come back on several occasions for different works done on my car. From coilover installs to wheel alignments. They've done my smog check. They've done my rotors replacement & wheel bearings too. I trust them fully with my car. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.…
I have been going to Performance Auto for repairs of my three cars for a while. They have changed ownership since. Ken is knowledgeable of cars repair, professional, and honest. The customer service in my opinion is exceptionally good or excellent as compare to all the mechanic shops visited in past. For example ,…
It’s very hard to find good and honest mechanics. Ken and Brett have been great on giving me insights on what’s to come and what to expect next time. They will work on what you ask, but they always go the extra mile on informing you on what’s to come and let you decide if and when you want to do it. I highly…
Very accommodating and respectful of my time. Oil change done in a jiffy!
Brent is an awesome professional who walked me through all the details of my service, gave upfront estimates on the work and delivered my car on estimated time. Had no issues whatsoever in the years I have been visiting his shop. Highly recommend his service!
Ken and his team saved me from buying a lemon from CarMax. I brought in a 2016 Lexus GX460 for a pre-purchase inspection. Ken found serious mechanical issues with the 4x4 transfer case amongst other mechanical issues and evidence of collisions front and rear. Based on Ken’s knowledge and experience I trusted his…
Has been our family mechanic for many years. Never disappointed with their service. Honest and reliable. They can get pretty busy but seem to always find time to help you. My car has definitely been in safe hands. Thank you!
Staff is very professional and honest. Very helpful and efficient. I recommend 100%
