If I lived in the Fremont area I would not hesitate to bring my car here for service. I had a seller bring in a used car for a pre purchase inspection and the process was easy and the customer service was exceptional. The mechanic I spoke with, Arun, explained the breadth of the inspection and arranged for the seller to drop the car off at their convenience. Arun explained the results and answered all my questions. The inspection was thorough and included an itemized list of needed repairs. It was money and time well spent. I chose not to purchase the car and saved myself a $14,000 headache. Thanks to their work, I was able to make an informed and rational decision.

Very friendly welcoming, they spent time answering all my questions & made an appointment right away. They are very meticulous with their vehicle inspection & help prioritize repairs based on whats needed & your budget. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion & communication was smooth throughout the whole process. I've already recommended Driven Auto Care to family & friends.
