We've used Dryex in the Olympia, WA area three times now. Both times Michael has been responsive, accommodating to our schedule, and has done a very thorough clean. The carpet felt clean and wonderful to walk on both times. And we could feel great about having our little kids on a clean, healthy carpet.

Michael was able to remove discolored spots from my couch, even though I didn't know the source, without any harsh chemicals. The team is great to work with.

Micheal was able to get something scheduled immediately even though it was on a Saturday which was more than we expected. When Blanca and he showed up Saturday morning they were kind, knowledgeable, and quick when it came to completing the job. As a home owner, it can be difficult sometimes finding a person you trust to clean/fix things in your home.
