Excellent customer service. A pleasure doing business with Mason at Ductech Cleaning Inc. Called Ductech Cleaning to inquire about a dryer vent cleaning at 3:00 pm on Saturday, by 5:30 pm Mason was working at my house. This is incredible as I had already booked another company a week ago only to get cancelled a…
Quick to respond and schedule appointments on yelp. Reasonable price. Folks came and showed me photos of the cleaning. Would be nice if they also clean the wall around the vents with dust from the vent. But I guess that wasn't part of the job and I didn't ask them to do that. All in all, I highly recommend Ductech!
Had them out to clean our dryer vent and they did a fantastic job. The tech was on time, super polite, and got right to work. Pulled out a ton of lint I didn't even realize was stuck in there. The dryer runs way faster now and dries everything in one cycle. Honest pricing, no upsells. Will definitely call them again next year

Great communication, easy scheduling + on time arrival. Mason did a great job moving our stacked dryer down & up, and cleaning the dryer duct. Thanks!
Mason was amazing. Before him, I called two other companies, but no one did the job as well as he did. Even though his company is new, from what I understand, he has been in this business for a long time and really knows what he’s doing. Thank you, Mason, for doing such an excellent job cleaning my dryer duct and HVAC system!

Ductech Cleaning did a great job cleaning our chimney. The technician arrived on time, worked carefully, and explained the condition of the chimney before and after the service. Everything was done cleanly with no mess left behind. We feel much safer using our fireplace now. Highly recommend their chimney sweep service
We are very happy with the duct & vent cleaning service. We are looking for the cleaning company at the last mins before winter, and they respond the call quickly and start working on it next day. They diagnosis the current condition of the vent and suggested if fix are required or not. Very satisfied of their service.
