Horrible customer service! After initially contacting them in regards to an irrigation system, they put in two years ago asking if there’s something that could be done with the inconsistency of the sprinkler heads. Emailed back that they could come out and possibly adjust and or discuss options of possibly changing…
Timely and very professional team.
The lady that works in your office is wonderful. I wish she could work at every business that I deal with. She is a real keeper.
Crew that performed startup operation of irrigation system reported all was fine, however on attempting to use system next day discovered two(2) sprinkler heads were broken off from main water line.
Arrived on time and completed project to my expectations!
Efficient
Great service as usual.
Advised when they’d come and they did - never saw them but the irrigation system had been connected tested and set :)
Dumford came out to check a small leak in the backflow. Was able to clean it and keep it going for hopefully the rest of the season. Great customer service.
We needed a leak repaired i our irrigation line while we were out of town. We had used Dumford Irrigation in the past, and we were confident enough in them that we were comfortable having them perform the service while we were away. They did the repair on time with their usual professionalism, and kept us notified…
I had a last minute request on a holiday week and they were very fast to respond. Jane was very responsive, calling me back quickly after I left a message at the main number.
Always responsive and courteous
We were out of town when our neighbor notified us of a water leak in our lawn irrigation system. I contacted Dumford for help and they fit us in their schedule. The issue was fixed within a couple of hours....so quick to help us. I really appreciate it.
Very prompt and courteous service.
Obviously knows what they are doing. The workers were swift, knowledgeable, and very polite. I would highly recommend this company for your irrigation issues and maintenance.
On schedule and complete their work. Waiting to be sure all the sod makes it in this heat. But the irrigation system working good.
Response to my request for service was appropriate. However, didn't know the work had been done until I got the bill. Would have appreciated if they had let me know when they arrived and when they completed the repair. Found out when I looked at my email several hours after they came and went by seeing the bill in the email.
Easy to Schedule an appointment. Quick, Professional and Efficient Service! They communicate with the customer should they find any issues or problems that need to be addressed before they complete the work! Great Service, Great Company!!
Addison is prompt, courteous and professional. Only wish it was easier to book service. Always busy with satisfied customers.

I set up a service call for Dumford to align all my sprinkler heads in my yard , as I am having turf problems were the sod is dying while others part of my yard are green and full. Excellent work on a fairly difficult issue. Chris kept me informed on everything he did while he was completing the job.

Dumford always goes above and beyond Our expectations. They come in and carry all of Our projects to the finish line by doing our final grading, irrigation, and sod. We’d recommend Dumford 10 out of 10 times.
Patrick was here to fix a broken back flow pipe as well as fix a couple other issues with our irrigation system. Very good communication as to what was wrong and how to maintain the system going forward. Will definitely hire them again.
After another company shorted us one zone on our sprinkler system and did not set it up properly, we chose to reach out to Dumford Irrigation. They came out this morning, were able to solve our issues, and hopefully we are back on track for the summer. We plan to use them again in a month or so when we redo some of our landscaping.
Great Experience, they worked hard and made great suggestions along with meeting our expectations. Would definitely recommend Dumford Irrigation.
Comprehensive and thorough. Great business. I’ve got 17 zones, and they service them well. Use them for Winterizing, spring start up, and maintenance. Highly recommend.
Came on time. Got all the sprinkler heads working. Was courteous and helpful. Very pleased.
We set up a time for April 27th for someone to come in and help with installing an irrigation system. No one showed up and the next day I got a case closed text. I have tried to follow up but no response to my texts. Really poor communication.
Our irrigation hub had broken. Dumford company came out an installed it the same day. Grateful .
Great company! Booking was easy, fair price, I was worried about my yard as I had new sod that was less than 6 months old and I had it in perfect condition. They did a great job not messing up my hard work. Fast install and they seem to have a good crew that’s knowledge and does the job right. If you’re thinking of…

I'm really glad to came across Dumford Irrigation searching online, as a tool, to find a reliable business for my needs. Accomplished the job professionally and ahead of time at a cost significantly below that charged by the builder’s offered subcontractor.
I cannot say enough good things about Addison and his business "Dumford Irrigation". He is now my full irrigation service provider and irrigation materials vendor. He started out with a free onsite visit for initial look and quote. I had a few sprinkler zones not working and 2 spots where my fence installation…
