Great service for repair of ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator. The part needed to fix the problem was expensive, but the cost for diagnosing and fixing the issue was very reasonable. The technician communicated well, kept me posted on arrival time. I will definitely call again if I have need to repair other appliances.
They fixed my Ice maker no problem and even when it had issues later they came back and tuned it up nice and easy! There's no corporate levelcustomer service line which is good so your dealing with the tech directly and not jumping through a million holes to get something done. You can even text them directly! Dentley was fantastic! Our 25+ year old Subzero stopped cooling, and he first tried to clean the condenser and when that didn’t work, he replaced the condenser fan, which had our Subzero refrigerator up and running. Dentley is friendly, professional, on time, and skilled at what he does. We will definitely use his services for all of our future repairs.
