Great experience, very quick response and great communication.
Thorough and fair. Went through common areas of concern on phone to see if a house visit was necessary. I appreciated this and he checked the washer and found the leak along the back wall drain. Also spent the time to align my washer from shaking.
Dentley was the technician we had come to our home and I cannot say enough good things. He fixed our dryer with no problem and then came back to install a new gasket on our washing machine. He was extremely personable, kind, and definitely knew what he was doing. I couldn’t reccomend more!!
Would highly recommend DWG Appliance! Dentley was ver responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose right away and brought the correct part to fix my 2023 GE washer. Got it done in no time. Will definitely use again and refer to others.

They fixed my Ice maker no problem and even when it had issues later they came back and tuned it up nice and easy! There's no corporate levelcustomer service line which is good so your dealing with the tech directly and not jumping through a million holes to get something done. You can even text them directly! Highly recommend 👌
