Great experience, very quick response and great communication.
Thorough and fair. Went through common areas of concern on phone to see if a house visit was necessary. I appreciated this and he checked the washer and found the leak along the back wall drain. Also spent the time to align my washer from shaking.
Dentley was the technician we had come to our home and I cannot say enough good things. He fixed our dryer with no problem and then came back to install a new gasket on our washing machine. He was extremely personable, kind, and definitely knew what he was doing. I couldn’t reccomend more!!

They fixed my Ice maker no problem and even when it had issues later they came back and tuned it up nice and easy! There's no corporate levelcustomer service line which is good so your dealing with the tech directly and not jumping through a million holes to get something done. You can even text them directly!
