Fantastic repair man
Excellent service backed by a 30-day warranty. They are also very proactive in scheduling, tracking the status of parts ordered and communication with customers. We highly recommend them. They have serviced our Bosch dishwasher, our Bosch oven and, now, our Bosch refrigerator, providing excellent service each time.
Ricardo did an excellent repair on our Bosch refrigerator. He is knowledgable, efficient and careful. He explains what he has done and what to expect. We have used Dynamic appliance for several different appliance repairs and they consistently communicate and exceed expectations.

Tech was professional and nice. The girl in the office was absolutely terrible. She has no good customer service and has a very poor attitude on the phone every interaction. And just to be spiteful, she canceled warranty work appointment from manufacturer because she has a short fuse and can't control her feelings.

I was so happy with Dynamic Appliances. The repair person was knowledgeable, polite, and provided detailed information about my appliance. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a new part. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Appliances.
Technician was very knowledgeable and put in a lot of effort to locate the necessary part to repair an older refrigerator. Ricardo saved the life of the old refrigerator twice. If you have an appliance in need of repair, Ricardo at Dynamic is the go to guy!
