Fantastic repair man
Excellent service backed by a 30-day warranty. They are also very proactive in scheduling, tracking the status of parts ordered and communication with customers. We highly recommend them. They have serviced our Bosch dishwasher, our Bosch oven and, now, our Bosch refrigerator, providing excellent service each time.
Ricardo did an excellent repair on our Bosch refrigerator. He is knowledgable, efficient and careful. He explains what he has done and what to expect. We have used Dynamic appliance for several different appliance repairs and they consistently communicate and exceed expectations.

Tech was professional and nice. The girl in the office was absolutely terrible. She has no good customer service and has a very poor attitude on the phone every interaction. And just to be spiteful, she canceled warranty work appointment from manufacturer because she has a short fuse and can't control her feelings.
