I do not recommend their services. I've paid over $1000 between the monthly fees for the contract and the initial setup and the fleas in the house are terrible. I cant walk across my floor without seeing several jump on my pants legs. I wake up to them on me. My poor animals are constantly scratching even with flea…

Excellent customer service, reasonable price ranges, and the technicians are super helpful, and professional. For the plan I have, I pay monthly and they do quarterly service. However, if you need additional visit or treatment, they will do that without additional charge. Great customer service and the technicians are always helpful.
