UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Since Eagle Eyes LLC felt the need to publicly respond to my review, let’s clear a few things up. 💅🏽
First of all, your initial estimate on the platform was $147, which I have screenshots of. I was also told I would receive a discount for being a first-time customer AND referring my mother to your company. Funny how none of that made it into your response.
Now we’re talking about $325 as if there was never any other pricing discussed? Interesting. 😂
And yes, you’re absolutely correct. No cleaning services were performed. My review was about my experience with your pricing, communication, and customer service. You do not have to physically clean someone’s home for them to have an experience with your business.
At this point, the continued back-and-forth is making me feel harassed simply for sharing my experience as a potential customer.
Instead of trying to discredit my review, perhaps focus on why a customer walked away feeling misled in the first place.
I have my receipts, I stand by my experience, and I said what I said. Respectfully. 💋

We take customer feedback seriously. However, after reviewing our business records, emails, and text messages, we have been unable to locate any inquiry or communication matching the experience described in this review.
For clarification, our business is Eagles Eye Window Washing, located in Lodi, California. We are not. Eagle Eyes LLC. Given the similarity in business names, we are concerned there may have been a mix-up involving another company.
Because we have no record of the interaction described, we cannot verify the estimate or discounts mentioned in your review. We respectfully ask that you confirm you have reviewed the correct business before attributing this experience to ours.
We respect everyone’s right to share their experiences and do not wish to engage in a public dispute. We will pursue the appropriate channels to ask Google to review this matter.
