Tara is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been to. I’ve been to quite a few places looking for someone who actually listens to me about the areas I have the most pain and discomfort, and usually leave disappointed. One massage with Tara though and she listened to me about my chronic low back pain, asked me questions about my lifestyle and day to day activities, and realized that most of my pain was referred pain from tightness in my legs and other areas. One massage and I immediately had the relief I had been needing for so long. Absolutely recommend her over anything and I am now a regular client booking every other week.

This massage experience was just top-notch. Tara’s studio is super cozy so you feel instantly soothed the minute you walk in the door. Tara has a wonderful, intuitive sense of touch and the massage itself was deeply relaxing and effective. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking superior care and expert knowledge of how to get a body out of pain! Xoxo
